Let us take material samples to make sure the colors were what we wanted. It was very low pressure sales. He is only a 20 pound Frenchie and was being really good. Dogs can NOT transmit covid to someone if they get it from a person who does have it and he got it then he can only give it to dogs NOT people. Like you think I'm gonna leave my dog in the car and overheat! Then we decided to go in the outlet in south surrey since they were VERY RUDE and disrespectful. We went in there and they let 2 dogs in the store in front of us. So I decided to pick my dog up so the same situation didn't happen as the Abbotsford location he said take him out and don't bring him back in. They had treats on the able AND a water dish on the floor no sign saying no dogs and the fact that he let other dogs in and on the floor mine couldn't even be in my arms in the store. He said since they knew about that tiger who got covid and tried telling me someone was given covid from a dog. I had told him that it can NOT but still kept him outside. He was waiting for my mom who went in the store too and he was crying outside cause he wanted to be with her. How dare they be so rude And disrespectful to customers. We decided to NOT buy from either store even though they had stuff that we liked. But why go back to support rude ignorant people. Things should go back to normal for my dog before I come back! We selected material and agreed on a price of $1073.15, at this time I specified that I wanted a certain type of drapery hook (the type that slides up from the bottom of the pleat). Sheila D replied that they use the best type of drapery hook used commercially and not to be concerned. I took her at her word. A few days later another Arlenes employee came to take measurements, I showed him a sample of the type of hooks I wanted. he said he would make a note of it on the order. On Nov. 29 the drapes were delivered to be installed, I did not get the right hooks, they were cheap hooks you would find at a dollar store. This was a custom order and I should get what I asked for.
