I came in with nothing more than a photo concept of what color I was looking for and some old photos of me from over 3 years ago the last time I colored my hair. She took the time to create the most beautiful red-head Balayage for me. She was so sweet and so personable and really took the time to listen and chat with me for over 3 hours while she worked on my hair. She made a point to fully describe the differences in the different styles of color and cut I was asking for to find the perfect look I wanted. Lexie also took the time to fine-tune exactly how much of a hair cut I was looking for every step of the way. I appreciated her taking the time to section off and dry small parts of my hair in the end to make sure the color came out exactly how I wanted it. She was incredibly thorough and really put the client's preferences first. I felt like the entire salon was so attentive and everyone was super friendly and willing to chat so there was no awkward silence throughout my entire day there.
