I have since gone back for regular TrueBrow Maintenance as well as the Lash Lift & Tinting. I find the whole process, from then until now, just awesome. It was fascinating to see the before and after during that first appointment.. and just how straight my eyelashes were - aside from the light coloring. My eyebrows, which I thought just wouldn't grow back (I had kept them too thin for years), was just a case of not REALLY allowing them to grow back fully, along with super light hairs that were 'found' after tinting as well. I had taken the route of lifting & tinting since the maintenance of extensions, etc. are just too much for me, personally. I am 100% happy with the lift & tinting. I have always been a eyeliner & mascara person and won't leave the house without either.. and with this, all I have to do is throw on some quick eyeliner, if anything at all & my eye lashes are ALWAYS perfect. I haven't had to use an eyelash curler since! My eyebrows have come a long way since February and after each maintenance visit, they look better every time. I had someone recently comment about my 'pretty eyebrows' and it was such a huge compliment to hear. I also was kind of clueless, and had no luck with purchasing the right pencil or color to fill in my eyebrows - or even the right way to do it, so with some instructions from Caroline, I also purchased the TrueBrow collection. That is one great product I could not live without now. It's so easy, and fast and it lasts all day long. It's become some a routine for me to take care of eyebrows whenever I'm doing the rest of my makeup, I now feel naked on the days I don't. All in all, a super fantastic experience. I feel very lucky to have 'found' Caroline; she is an amazing esthetician/specialist. She takes her time waxing, tweezing, coloring.. it's a very comfortable space and I find it a peaceful moment out of my day at each appointment.

She cares about the health of your lashes and really knows her stuff in regards to different styles and methods! I was really expecting very little lasting time, but I was shocked at how long my lashes stayed looking great! She was sensitive to my skin concerns and reactions to adhesives and had many options! I am now addicted! As for eyebrows- she blew me away with the idea of tinting. I like the color of my brows, but tinting them in the same color adds more hair to work with by dying the lighter hairs! I'm probably not explaining accurately, but it literally blew my mind!

First time getting a facial, and I'm hooked! My friend and I were visiting the area and decided on a last minute facial. Fortunately for us, Tiffiany and Catharine were available to squeeze us in! Her technique is so gentle and she's so pleasant to be with that it makes the whole experience much more tolerable. She's always so sensitive to my comfort throughout the session, checking in with me and letting me know what's done and what's coming up- I just really appreciate her for this reason. In fact, she's so gently that once I was even able to have her wax my bikini area even though I had a migraine (my choice! I was going on vacation and didn't want to take her up on her kind offer to reschedule without penalty.) She gave me special treatment to ensure I was comfortable, and sincerely I was. I've gone to far too many estheticians that just rip, rip rip, without ever checking in, leaving you red and sore afterwards. Michelle never forgets what she's doing to you and how painful it can be, and your comfort is her too priority. I was so excited to find out that she opened up her own business, and it even has free parking! I live between Boulder and Denver, so lucky for me her move didn't change my commute to see her. Michelle's new place is inside a very clean health facility, which makes sense to me- waxing is, after all, a bit of healthy self-care, so an environment focused on health makes more sense to me than one that tries to convince you you're at a luxurious spa (don't be fooled by those places! There is nothing pampering about having every body hair ripped from your body via scolding hot wax, and you know it, yet they charge you as if there is.... hmmm). Her room is privately tucked away in the back- a little tranquil sanctuary true to Michelle's laid-back style. Go check her out for any of your waxing needs- I am confident you will love her too!

I had been wanting to try botox after hearing many good things about it from my coworkers, friends and family. My friend had recommended Youthbar to me as we had been talking about her migraines and our RBFs and how it's helped her. I called in I was met with one of the friendliest receptionists I have ever come across. She was patient with despite my many questions and talkative nature and when she couldn't answer my questions, she booked the free consultation for me where I could ask all the questions I wanted. My consultation was with Meadow. She was very friendly, answered all of my questions, and didn't push me on getting more done than I wanted. She made me feel so comfortable I ended up doing the procedure! It was quick, minimal pain, and I am so happy with the results! My take on all parts of this business is below. Procedures: Frown Lines - I have botox to correct my frown lines around my eyebrows. While the frown lines weren't terrible to begin with, this is a preventative measure to make sure they don't worsen over time. Pain is like a 2/10 for me and there were no scars. The effects started around day three. It was weird not being able to make my "mad" face anymore. Added benefits aside from how it looks are I'm not squinting at my computer screen, my headaches have been reduced to minimal pain or nothing, and I truly believe my mood has improved because of it. I genuinely feel happier since doing this. Lip Flip - My top lip would curl under leaving a line whenever I would smile. It has been something I've been very self conscious of and originally thought I wanted a lip filler to help correct it. Meadow gave me more information about the lip flip and we decided to try that to start out instead of the lip fillers. The pain was a little more than the forehead since there are more nerves in my upper lip but they kindly put numbing gel on before hand to reduce the discomfort. Minimal bleeding but the results ended up being better than I expected. The lip flip has softened my smile preventing my lip from coming up so high it make my lip curl and now it sits beautifully above my teeth and you can see the pink of my top lip! I'm extremely happy with it and it has improved my confidence to smile in my pictures again. Overall Experience was amazing. From the people who work here, the ease of booking appointments, and help people like me feel good about themselves, I am so glad I was recommended this place.
