This is an absolute gem of a restaurant! After what felt like a dessert wasteland of tapas, this restaurant was amazing! We visited four times during our 4 week visit! It has a very extensive menu of traditional Spanish food, including many options for vegetarians (ovo-lacto friendly ones are even indicated on the menu)! There is an English version of the menu, which is nice, but the waiter told us that there were actually a couple of dishes on the Spanish menu that weren't on the English one (but we dined with Spanish speakers and didn't notice them). One thing to note, the dinners are sized for sharing, but you can order a one person size for about 25% less than the menu price on most things. Also, the pitchers of sangria are the best drink option (€9.50 for 3-4 glasses and one of the best sangrias I've ever had!). Also, the location around the corner is much larger and where we ate three of our four visits. This is a must try in this part of Madrid! read more
