Just a fantastic experience all the way around! Ed was our…read moresalesman George was the sales manager Ben was the GM (owner) Rich was finance. These are all super nice, funny, and ethical guys! We went here to get my son a new Maverick and trade in his 23 Nissan Frontier pick up. We got a fair deal on the new truck and on the trade. One of the few times I have left the dealer smiling and not exhausted. 1000% satisfied! After we drove his truck home to Caledonia, I called them back and said that I really liked it. I told them I wanted a light blue with the Lariat trim. They found one for me in Iowa. They went out and picked it up. I traded in my 2023 Ford Ranger Tremor. Again, fair price for the Maverick and a fair price for my trade. This was not like going to a car dealer and getting hammered, this was like hanging out with some friends and shooting the shit.....

It has now been several months of getting the run around and now Brad Manning is saying that we are not entitled to this refund. I strongly advise everybody stay far far away from this dealership as they have zero integrity and they're not people of their word.

So a little over two years ago I purchased a vehicle from Superior car credit. The day I bought it…read morethe check engine light came on. I went back and brought it up and they ran a test and said it was the catalytic converter we set up a time to bring it in and get it replaced. This time it was free of charge since they sold it to me that way. Three days later I get the car back with a replaced converter. The very next day the engine light comes back on. They test it again. Same result. They explain that Chevy sometimes need specific converters but that the car would still be usable until it got replaced. It never did. Fast forward a year or so and I was terminated from my job. I was going through different employers for about a year and missed payment from time to time in which they would disable the car. There was a point where I had a severe coolant leak and coolant would spray from the hose all over the engine. I was out of work so they shut the car off for a few weeks. I spoke with them about the coolant problem and asked if they could please fix it while the car was disabled and I want able to use it anyway. The agreed and took the car and made the repairs.I got my money together and paid it and got the car back repaired. The car was never perfect but it was running and didn't really cause me much problems. A few months later the car was disabled again. This time for 20 days. There was nothing majorly wrong with the car prior to it being disabled. Again I got my money caught up and they enabled the vehicle. This time however when I went to stay the car it acted exactly like it does when I try it to start it when it's disabled. One click and that's it. So I call them and ask what's going on. They give me no real answers except that the car is indeed enabled on their end. For days I try to figure out what's wrong... Posting questions on here, having people come look at it, etc... the consensus was usually the same, it appeared as if the car was still disabled. I called and complained again and they finally agreed to look at it. They towed it in to Superior and I heard nothing for a couple days. I called them on the third day and the last sent me a three page invoice with the numerous issues with the vehicle that cost over 3000$ to fix. They mentioned 3 specific problems that needed to be fixed just to get the car running again and that would cost $800. So, this incredibly long story short. I am furious with this company. There was nothing severely wrong with the vehicle when I parked it now there's a laundry list of problems that they want to charge an additional 20% of what I'm paying for the car in total. I feel like I'm being scammed. I honestly don't even know how to react at this point. So I'm here asking... What would you do in this situation? I understand my occasional issues of being late on payments is 100% my fault. But I've always got the money right and got caught up. I feel like they are just playing games and want to squeeze every some they can put off me when the reality is these problems almost certainly already existed when they sold me the vehicle. It's incredibly infuriating and I'm curious what others would do in this situation

During the appointment, they noticed a few things wrong regarding my tires, rotor, and pins. Rather than going through with the service of balancing and rotating tires- which would've left me me with the issues I was unaware of (worn tread, seized pin, worn rotors)- Bob notified me that I should address these 3 issues before going through with my originally desired maintenance. They chose to prioritize the customer rather than going through with the service that wouldn't have done anything in the grand scheme. For this I rate 5 stars and highly recommend the service department. I will also return here for my future needs and recommend this place to everyone. They had no authorization from me to do so, and this person had nothing to do with my loan or purchase. I went in to speak to them about it, to give them a chance to own up to the wrongdoing and sincerely apologize for their wrong. All I got was excuses about how the person presented himself as my husband and they give that info out often. He didn't even know my actual last name or how to spell it. That should have been a big, red flag. Although, their actions were very wrong even without any red flags, and they should have known better. I will never, ever give them any further business, and I will actively discourage people from using this business. Shame on them.

They kept me in the loop the whole time, explained things in a way that actually made sense, and did exactly what they said they would. No runaround, no surprises--just honest work and solid communication. You can tell they genuinely care about the cars they work on and the people they're working with. That's not something you see everywhere anymore. Overall, I'm very happy with how everything turned out and wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend them to someone else.

I was quoted a 30-day timeline and I was provided an estimated cost & a maximum cost. Instead, the car was kept for 8 months and the final cost ballooned to 3 times the quoted maximum. Because the car was fully disassembled for paint, I had little ability to stop the project once it was underway. The results were extremely disappointing. The car was returned with scratches and damage to more than 30 areas of what should have been a high-quality paint job and mechanically, the car was in worse condition than when I brought it in. Parts were lost, including rare and difficult-to-replace trim pieces such as the rear window stainless transition trim and a trunk lid. The windshield and rear windows apparently were unprotected when removed and were reinstalled with deep scratches in them.(They claim that the scratches were in the windows when the car was brought in despite pictures proving the contrary). During repairs, additional damage was caused: the timing chain cover was cracked during the water pump replacement, the wiper motor bushing was destroyed and they could not find a replacement so the replacement motor could not be installed, and two sets of stainless steel drip rail moldings (approximately $1,000 each) were damaged and never reinstalled. The hood latch was painted so thickly it was not operational. Literally none of the requested repairs were successfully completed. After 2 months of back and forth after retrieving the car, they fixed the paint problems - I was unwilling to have them attempt to do any more mechanical work but I did expect them to replace the parts they lost or damaged. They have not. This experience fell far short in terms of workmanship, care, timeline, and cost control. They advertise the lowest hourly rate for mechanics - they should hire one. Their slogan "We can do that" should be adjusted "We can do that but not well". I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.
