One was : Seeing that you are selling the car "as is", what if I drive off of the lot and the car breaks down? He responded that they would take care of any problem that we have with the car as long as we let him know within a week or so. After he wrote up the paperwork, we went to Alex's office (finance mgr). I paid cash for a 2019 Jeep Renegade. Mike then suggested that I purchase a warranty for the car which I did. I put down $1819 on a $500 deductible plan with the remainder to be paid in 18 mos. Before leaving the dealership, me, my daughter and Josh looked the car over and noticed the tire sensor light would not go out. Josh said we could bring it back and they would fix it. When my daughter got the car home, she checked EVERY function to make sure it was working. Within a couple of days she noticed the driver seat heater was not working. She called Josh who told her that they would have to order the part. Once the part came in, my daughter went to the dealership to have the repairs done. When done, she called me and I asked her if they charged her for anything or gave her paperwork to sign and she said no. At this point I was quite satisfied thinking that Josh honored his word to repair any immediate problems found with the car. I decided to cancel the warranty appx 3 months later with Fidelity and get one with a lower deductible. The refund I received from Fidelity was only $663.18. I called Fidelity and asked why didn't I get closer to the $1819 that I put down on the warranty contract? To my surprise, I was told that the dealership submitted a claim on 5/26/26 in the amount of $1127.37 for a seat heater and a tire sensor. This claim was submitted against the warranty that I purchased WITHOUT the consent of myself or my daughter. I then asked to receive a copy of the service report to see who signed it. I was told that they did not have any paperwork because the dealership submitted the invoice for payment electronically which had already been paid. I called Josh who told me that he and Alex decided to have the repairs done using the car warranty and that the dealership paid the $500 deductible. I reminded him that when we purchased the car, he said "THEY" would cover any needed repairs found on the car within a week or so. He then said that there must have been some misunderstanding, insinuating that he didn't say this. I also asked him why would they make a decision to submit a claim using the warranty that I purchased without asking me or my daughter? His reply was they did this so we would not have to pay anything out of pocket. I told him that had I known this, I would have never cancelled the contract and now I am out of $1100+. He then said he'd have Mike (finance mgr) to give me a call to see what they could do and that Alex was no longer there. I spoke with Mike who said he would get back with me after he finds out what was going on. After a week or so, he never called me back so I called and left a couple of messages on his vm with the last one saying I was considering legal counsel. I then received a call from Greg 10/1/26. During our conversation, he apologized and said that he would cut me a check for the difference between what Fidelity reimbursed me for so I would receive what I should have actually been reimbursed for had they never submitted a claim WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR KNOWLEDGE USING THE WARRANTY THAT I PURCHASED! He then asked me if I had a copy of the receipt showing what I put down on the warranty because he could not find it. I told him no so he said he would call me right back when he located it which he did at which time he said he still could not find it and that he would get in touch with his Fidelity rep the next day to find out and call me back. Well it's been a week and HONEST GREG never called me back although I have left messages via text, on his vm, emails and with his office. Never again will I purchase a vehicle from this dealership!!

The first vehicle we purchased was a 2010 Chevy Silverado we purchased for our nephew in June 2025. He has had nothing but issues with the truck since day 1 of bringing it home and continues to have problems. We were told when we purchased the vehicle that if he ever needed parts for the vehicle, he could buy them from this place at cost. When he did need parts, he tried calling and was told they never sold him this vehicle. Fast forward 9 months later on March 28, 2026. We went back (hesitantly) to purchase a vehicle for our son. The truck we purchased for him seemed to be in great condition for a 2016 and figured since it was 6 years newer than the car we bought for our nephew, we may have better luck this time around. Jokes on me... You know what they say, "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me". I should have listened to my instincts. Within HOURS of bringing the truck home, the check engine light came on and had multiple codes relating to battery issues, transmission issues, etc. I spoke with Nick's wife on 4/13/26 relaying the information we found out and was told she would get back to me. She never did. Instead, she spoke with my husband and told him she would send him the information we could send the photos of the codes to so she can look into it. He never got that information either. Now, as of 4/23/26, I had to call them for an update on the codes I verbally told Nick's wife about on the phone on 4/13/26. Nick said he was waiting for my husband to get back to him and never heard from him. I explained the conversation my husband told me and he said he never said that to my husband and provided me with an email to send the photos of the codes to. This call was initiated due to the alternator going out on this truck already. I understand there will always be a risk with purchasing a used vehicle, but not this many issues within a month of purchase, more or less hours. I will be emailing Nick the photos but am not hopeful for a resolution based off other reviews regarding this company. I have a feeling this place is clearing codes in order to scam people into buying a vehicle from them and then acting like they didn't know anything about it when mentioned to them. Shop here at your own risk. I for sure will NEVER buy another vehicle from here and will warn whoever I can not to buy from here. I will also be filing a report with the BBB if I have to go that far. Update as of 5/14/26; when we purchased my son's vehicle, we mentioned 2 repairs that needed to be done. The first one was the motor for the seat didn't work and the second was a backup sensor that needed to be repaired. To this day, the sensor has yet to be replaced or even looked at due to the fact that they apparently don't have a service technician available on Saturdays, which happens to be the only time my husband and I are off work to take this in. I picked up the motor for the seat yesterday and upon pickup, I was told by their mechanic the motor that was given to me was pulled off another Ford. They couldn't even be bothered to order a new part for the vehicle they sold us even though we were told a new motor would be ordered and we had to wait for the part to come in and then to top it off, when I expressed concerns to Nick's wife about the vehicle since the day purchased, she claimed she had no idea and wasn't aware of the issues even though she is the person I originally mentioned them to. Furthermore, with the concerns relating to the bad alternator; we had this rebuilt by a local company and upon their inspection we were told "whoever rebuilt the alternator last time did a sloppy job. A screw from the internal voltage regulator was lodged into the stator which is what caused all the problems". How a faulty alternator was not caught by their mechanic when inspecting the vehicle prior to selling is beyond me. These people are lazy scam artists! I said it before and I will say it again, buyers beware!!! Avoid this place at all costs!!!
