I have to give this location props. I'm not sure if is all locations or this one in particular but it is incredibly clean and inviting. I was shocked walking through the produce section, all the fruits and vegetables were lined up side by side, not just dumped in a bin, which ultimately leads to people having to touch every item before they bag the one they want. Also the non-parashables were straight and labels all facing forward. It shows that they are truly making an effort and I really appreciate it. I will be shopping here from now on. I don't mind paying a bit more for cleanliness and employees that care. read more

I love their bakery. The rewards program is great and saves me a lot of money. Their self checkout is never too busy.

I shopped at 05/08/2024 at 5:30pm and I ordered a cake. The girl helping me was awesome and she told me to pick it up today the 9th. They did exactly what I wanted and the girls behind the counter were awesome and they took good care of me. The girl that checked me out in the front (Carolyn) she was just as awesome as all of the people in the bakery department. Shout out of great job to all of them. Gove these ladies a raise. between me and my wife, this will be the third time ordering for drive up and go. we ordered hours before hand to pick up. I get to the store they bring one item out of the 20+ we ordered. I sat and waited on the young gent who said he would return shortly with the rest. 20 minutes go by and I see him pushing carts. I go into the store to see what the hold up was. The department manager tells me they are busy and they didn't get our order all pulled. On top of that they process your payment but can't refund on the spot like I paid on the spot for a service. I have to wait on my refund?! I'm fortunate enough to be able to wait on my 145$. But what about those who aren't? And to boot they don't even act like they care. we shop at other grocers besides Walmart for a reason. But with this time I'm going to have to deal with HEB only in this small town! No organization or leadership in that department. That's the problem! read more

This was such a strange shop for me. I don't go to albertsons often but when they have what I want on sale I'll do my shopping there. I was on the checkout line two days ago and i noticed the checker (Alva) was rude to the older man in front of me. (I'm old to) When it was my turn, another employee came up and ask Alva a question and she was rude to her also. By the time she was through I had decided the whole rude thing was for everyone. In the past we've had good experiences here. This review reflects our shopping experience last night. We were sent coupons in the mail and decided to use them as we've done in the past. Albertsons was out of the bacon that applied to the coupon we had. I grabbed another package of bacon of the same price. This happened once before and they didn't have an issue honoring their coupons. Once we reached the registers we couldn't help but notice that no one was checking. The only lines that were open were the self checkout. Several elderly people and people with electric wheelchairs were struggling to load and check their own groceries. Christina (the only employee at the front of the store) was directing people into the self check out station. At this point in time, several people lined up behind us. I asked Christina to call another checker to help. She said, "there isn't anyone to help you, you'll have to do it yourself." She had a real attitude and attempted to direct other customers around my husband and I. Surprised by her unprofessionalism, we attempted to check several of our own items. Many of our items were not labeled and needed to be weighed. The self checkout did not apply sales or our coupons. When we needed assistance, Christina made sure we were the last ones to receive it. She was loud and had no idea of personal space as she told me she would not honor our coupons. She quickly turned her back on my husband and I. She ignored the issues we had with our register. I noticed that an employee had opened a register and began to check out several customers during our frustration at the self checkout. I removed my groceries from the self check out and brought them to the single employee that had just opened his register. I wish I had caught his name. This young man had excellent customer service and greeted my husband and I when we entered his work station. He didn't have a problem honoring store coupons or advertised sales. read more

Albertson's has fewer and fewer available cashiers each time I visit. Last Sunday we were literally waiting in line for over half an hour -- it was nuts and people were starting to lose it. I'm here now and there are longggg lines waiting in only two open lanes, with at least four lanes (six?) completely unoccupied. I'd chalk it up to time of day but it's like this All. The. Time. It's bad business. Staff your store with quick cashiers, it's what grocery stores are supposed to do. Meanwhile I'll start going to Brookshire's. read more

Very disappointed. I used to buy fried chicken from the deli at least once a week. Then one time it was dry and not edible. I stopped buying it. After several weeks I thought I would try again. Last night I bought 8 pcs. Got home. It was like trying to eat jerky. It was terrible. Not sure what the problem is. It was dry and chewy. read more

Albertsons used to be a great grocery chain. (I should know...spent 16 years with the company) They are terrible these days and I'm surprised they are actually still in business. Prices are always wrong, staff is very limited and 90% of all shoppers buy the ad items only so most advertised items are usually out of stock. Cashiers have zero personality and usually have no idea what the correct final price should be. Sad to actually see how far this chain has fallen. read more

I almost always have a bad experience at this store, checkers that will not speak to you, not even to say hi, incorrect prices, to not having even the basic items in stock. And if it is an item on sale, forget about it being in stock. With all the grocery stores in and around Weatherford, like the new HEB, you would think Albertsons would be on top of having items in stock and have better customer service. But that does not seem to be the case!!! read more

Customer service is good yet the store management has changed for the worst. The floors are dirty, you had to work your way around wide encaps that block the aisles, and no shopping carts. As usual they are always in the parking lot and never in the store when you need one. Plus there are never enough cashiers open to check you out. I doubt I'll be coming back for I found canned goods expired and the fruit had mold on them. Only reason I came in the store was because cokes were on sale. Cashier even apologized for the long wait in line to be checked out in express. Sad state of affairs. read more

Overcharged EVERY darn time I come into this store. Soooooo frustrating. Today, 8/22/2020 - Just for U coffee - Ad/App said 2 for $7.00, scanned $5.99 each. Just for U Tide detergent - Ad/App said $3.99, scanned $5.99. I should not have to watch every single item be scanned and then figure out the final price at the end. Total rip-off and happens all the time. How is this not theft or deception? Totally ridiculous. Either piss poor management or the scan coordinator needs to be fired. read more

This store is filthy. Talked to the manager several months ago specifically about filthy restrooms. Went in for quick item today for first time in months. Here is how i found the ladies restroom on 4/27/18. Hand towels sitting in sink and on floor, no toilet paper, feces in toilets. And the throughout the store the floors were dirty. This is the WORST Albertsons I've ever been to. Absolutely disgusted with the produce & meat selection. Strawberries were literally molded and rotten, the steak and poultry selections were nasty and looked old. Really sad to see a grocery store let their product get that bad. read more

The senior hours for covid are a joke. I got there ten minutes into senior hours this morning. The store rapidly filled up with unmasked seniors. There was no restriction. I got up early to go to senior hours because of my health risk. Albertsons needs to take the sign down. I'm going down the street. There are several places that do actually have senior hours. I am 74 years old and live in rural Parker county. Albertsons is the closest grocery store near me so I preferred to shop there and was pleased they offered senior shopping hours. For the first couple of visits, all was well and there was someone there to monitor for those not supposed to be in the store for senior hours shopping. My last visit was a major disappointment in that young people (many came in with no mask) and none of the staff was concerned about it. Periodical announcements were made advising it was senior shopping but without anyone to back up the policy. The last straw was when I checked out and a young girl got behind me in line and I asked for distance and she refused. She laughed and I asked her if she had any regard for the seniors. She laughed at me again and the two staff said NOTHING!!! Last time I will darken their door !!! read more

Tonight floral section I picked up three things that I had to carry up to customer service to find out a price on and then had to wait a total of 5 minutes each time to get someone to just check the price for me obviously they don't want to sell very much and the store was a complete mess employees are rude they will not help you whatsoever they snarl if you ask a question it's terrible read more

Good selection of food but for crying out loud, HIRE SOME CHECKERS! Busiest time of the day, there were two lanes open, and at least 5-7 full carts in each one. From the time I got in line until I loaded my own groceries in the car, (there were no baggers and even when there are, they do not deliver your groceries to the car) was roughly 25 minutes. My ice cream was melted by the time I got home!!!! This is typical, and patrons have been griping for ages! HEB may be out of the way, but the drive out there takes a lot less time than standing in line at Albertsons. read more

This is a quality grocery store in Weatherford. We usually head to Krogers in Granbury and that's about an hour from us. Albertsons will be my go to store when I'm in town. A real gem. read more

An employee walked in the building and turned around to throw his trash out the door onto the pavement, and proceeded back inside. The trash is currently in the parking lot obstructing the flow of traffic. I like albertsons, but if they hate the environment, I will no longer shop here. read more

Clean, well maintained, good selection of groceries. The staff is helpful, quick and courteous.

Until they finish the remodel, reorganization and upgrade-this store is A MESS. Stay away!
