"Convenient" drive-thru means to expect a 45 minute wait with only three vehicles in front of you. Here's a tip-find another pharmacy.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Vennemeyer and his entire team. From my very first…read moreappointment all the way through surgery and recovery, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. To give some context I've only ever had C sections before this, so going into a completely elective surgery was honestly terrifying for me. But every single time I walked into their office, I immediately felt at ease. Dr. Vennemeyer is incredibly professional, supportive, and reassuring, and his staff are some of the warmest, most comforting people I've ever met. Even though I live out of state and had to travel for my procedure, the entire process was seamless. Their team was so accommodating with my schedule, and they truly went above and beyond leading up to surgery. They made sure I completed all of my pre-op testing on time and even reached out to other doctors on my behalf to ensure my results came in before my procedure. That level of care meant everything to me. Dr. Vennemeyer also provided extensive pre-op education over a hundred pages of information plus videos which answered every question I had (and even ones I didn't think to ask). It made me feel so prepared and confident going into surgery. The day of surgery was honestly such a calm and positive experience. I told my husband it felt more like I was walking into a spa than a surgical center. The entire team was so kind, gentle, and attentive. I thought I would be terrified walking into the operating room, but instead, I felt completely taken care of. I remember them making sure I was comfortable and cozy in the bed... and then I woke up. I'm only a few days post-op, but I already feel amazing thanks to Dr. Vennemeyer's multi-modal pain management approach. My recovery has been so much smoother than I expected. If you're considering a procedure and feeling nervous like I was, I truly cannot recommend Dr. Vennemeyer and his team enough. They made what felt like a scary experience into something calm, smooth, and incredibly positive.

On September 26 it was one year since my breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Michael. I came here…read morebecause I knew some people who had their surgery done with him and everything went well, and also because on his Instagram the patients' photos looked good--so I trusted him without knowing it would be one of the worst decisions. Not only did he leave me with one breast smaller than the other (yes, I know it's natural for one breast to be slightly smaller, but if you undergo breast surgery it's supposed to make them look even and actually show the results), but in my case one breast was left noticeably smaller. The only way it even looks like I had surgery is if I wear a push-up bra. It's sad because I never said I wanted to look "natural" or like I didn't have surgery. The day of the surgery, they gave me a bra that was way too small, which left marks, hurt a lot, and was very uncomfortable. On top of that, they sutured the left breast with very few stitches, which left me with a deep open wound for more than 4 months. They didn't care about it and only tried to charge me more money for a "vacuum cleaner" treatment they claimed would close the wound "quickly." It cost around $500-$600, plus $50-$60 each time I went to change the dressing. When I told them I didn't have the money, their only solution was to tell me to go to a wound care center if I had insurance. You might ask, why wait a year to write this? Well, because their response was always: "Every body is different and you have to wait at least a year to see results." So I waited a year, and believe me, every single day I regret it and it makes me sad that I have to wear a bra for it to even look like I had surgery, and that one of my breasts is smaller than the other. When I brought this up, they told me they could "fix" my breasts and that I only had to pay $7,435 because there was a "VIP discount" of -$750 (I don't even know what kind of discount that is). Obviously, I didn't say anything else, because what experienced surgeon leaves you with one smaller breast, poorly sutures you, gives you a bra that injures you, and then wants to charge you more money? (By the way, I had already paid for two surgical bras. When I told them the first one they gave me was too small, they only exchanged one and I ended up losing the money for the first bra.) Also keep in mind, seeing the doctor is a whole process. After the surgery, I had to go three separate times just to be able to see him. He has a lot of positive reviews, but not everything is as perfect as it looks! Supposedly, they put in 485cc implants, but it doesn't look like it. My right breast is quite saggy and they don't even look like silicone implants. Honestly, without a bra they don't look operated at all, there's no shape or definition. They only gave me the implant card days later, and that was because I specifically asked for it. This was my experience, and it was not good at all. I wish good luck to those who want to take the risk of having surgery here.

Upon entering the store, I saw two women standing behind the counter, and they did not acknowledge me. I almost walked out at that point because I found it odd they did not greet me. I was in the store for about 15 minutes looking and waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I walked up to the counter to check out and the young girl, Marissa said "number?" I paused and nearly gasped out loud because she did not try to offer me an item to buy at the register. She wrung up my items then I stated I did not want two of them and wanted to go look for something else. As I was walking to look for a different toner, she had reached into the paper bag then threw the items on the floor behind her. I turned around to see if that really just happened and it did. The old lady, Judy, said to her "what does she need?" Then she asked me what I needed, to my reply I said "Now you want to acknowledge me after being in here for twenty minutes now to see what I need?" Her reply was "Well we said 'Hello!' Then proceeded to say "well you brought a dog in here".... Mind you, my SERVICE dog was on a leash and at my side, did not make a noise or mess with anything. There were no signs stating I could not bring her in with me and I have never had an employee at that location or any other location say a word about her. Floored, I asked who the manager was and if it was the lady who had walked in while I was looking and went to the back because she had ACTUALLY HELPED me yesterday. The old lady said "I am" and to my reply "well you both could use some customer service lessons from her because she was so nice and helpful when I was in here yesterday". The young girl Marissa laughed at my response and I said "is something funny?" She nodded yes to my surprise. At that point I was DONE with their deplorable behavior. I asked the old lady Judy who her district manager was and she said "I am NOT giving you that information!" Then turned her back to me. I said "ok, I'll find it myself" and left the store letting them know that they are intact female dogs. I drove to the nearest Sally's after this incident and every employee said oh yeah Judy is AWFUL! She's about to retire and she's old and bitter!

Teso Life is the best place to find a great variety of cute collectibles, beauty products, snacks and more! This is a review long overdue; I've been to Teso many times before, with my first few times way back when it first opened and they had photos of the store thiefs printed and posted on their front door (it always gave me a chuckle, but I think for legality purposes they had to take those photos down RIP). Ironically it was because of those photos that caught my interest to check out Teso, because it was reminiscent of the kind of public shaming behavior I'd see within Asian communities haha. I enjoy treating myself in Teso when I can; they have a huge selection of Chinese Lays, Japanese gummies, childhood favorites like Calbee and Meiji. Huge selection of drinks too, and endless rows of beauty products ranging from hair styling, coloring, mascara, facial masks, etc all packaged in a very aesthetic layout, and you'd know anything you get is going to be good. I've gotten good quality home sandals here too, and enjoy the soft serve ice cream options in their refrigerated areas.

At the checkout counter I was given a orange reusable TESO Life shopping bag featuring their cute monkey logo. It was a thoughtful touch and a souvenir from my visit. The only downside I noticed was the lack of staff available on the sales floor. If you're just browsing, that's not a big issue, but if you need help finding a specific item, it maybe difficult to get assistance since the only employees I saw during my visit were working at the cash registers. Overall, it's a fun store to explore, especially if you enjoy discovering unique items that are difficult to find anywhere else.

I was impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and efficiency of the entire team. The facility was spotless, clean, and well-equipped. The staff was courteous, attentive, and well-organized, and everything from check-in to follow-up was handled with care. It's clear that this practice is run with precision and pride. Rachel Anderson and Dr. Morris provided care that felt seamlessly aligned - like they were cut from the same cloth (IYKYK). Rachel was thorough, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable during my initial visit, and Dr. Morris mirrored those same qualities in my follow-up. Both were very personable and took time to explain my vein-related edema and umbilical hernia in detail. They answered all my questions patiently, and made me feel completely at ease. Although I haven't had surgery yet, I believe the way Dr. Morris runs his practice - from the quality of his staff to the clarity of his communication - is a strong indicator of the kind of surgeon he is: meticulous, empathetic, and deeply committed to patient care. I left feeling confident and cared for, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team to anyone seeking expert vascular or surgical care.
