Store Manager is TRASH. Went there to pick up my fresh pass app order on Friday and was unable to check in so I went to the customer service counter to get help. Once someone finally came to the counter, The lady acted like I was inconveniencing her by asking for help with my order. After demanding assistance without an attitude she walks away and I have to ask another employee for the manager who showed me exactly where the attitude came from. He proceeded to force me to a room off the kitchen that looked like it was for baking just so I could check in for my order. If esclalting a customer was sport this guy was Micheal Jordan. After years of being a fresh pass member I'll never spend another dime at this location. It's pathetic this man even has a job here. His employees even commented to me how he's a jerk to them as well. read more

I shopped for items to make chilli and found all of the items I needed. The store is very clean and the employees treat customers with a smile and are very friendly! The fresh fruit department has many items to choose . The store is well lighted for shopping in comfort. No eye straining looking at items. read more

Really need this location to get better staff! i waited around the by the counter to be greeted but could see a couple of employees standing and playing around and dancing. Whenever finally getting acknowledged me i guess they finally wrapped recording whatever dance they did! I also didn't like the fact i come across her video that she recorded. read more

I would rate the grocery store ShermanTX with a 5 star rating. However, if you use Uber to deliver your order, you cannot get anyone at Albertsons or Uber to resolve a problem. Albertsons cannot access/view the order after it's delivered. They say contact Uber. Uber provides no contact phone # for grocery orders. In app typed questions to "Help" tell you to contact Albertsons Delivery 1: The sweet tea I ordered was delivered, but was a bad batch and tasted horrible, not edible. Delivery 2: Sliced deli ham, ordered 4 units (.25 x 4 = 1 lb.). delivery for .510 lb, so not enough for family to all eat. In first case, I paid for something that had to just throw away. In 2nd case, I only got half of what I ordered. (only charged for that half, so money not the issue) Without a car, I need to be able to get what I order. read more

The rudest and most unwilling to help pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. Dropped Rx off and was told 30 mins to fill ran errands back in 1 hour waited in pharmacy drive thru line to find out they were not ready and would be another hour. As soon as we pulled away from drive thru received text the Rx was ready. I have on two occasions had my health advocate call for info and the staff was very unhelpful and rude. Never received the 25 coupon towards groceries for transferring Rx guess I'll just go back to Walmart where I'm treated and spoken to respectfully. read more

One of my most favorite places to shop for groceries. I actually drive the extra ten miles because of the selection and freshness of the produce. The store is always clean, well-lit and filled with friendly employees at-the-ready to serve. I recently completed one of the giveaway programs, but returned my card too late to this location. Since the giveaway was technically over and they were out of prizes, the general manager was nice enough to call over to the next town to reserve one for me. It's service like this that will make me return time and again! read more

Normally I'd say this Albertsons is nicer than most grocery stores we have here but today I went and got ton of veggies and fruit then proceeded to the ground turkey where most was on sell for 50% off. I get that their trying to get rid of it but it was brown and I always eat Ground Turkey definitely knows when its raw it should be pink! It was so disgusting! I went in for some typical shopping and decided to swing into the service deli as I typically do. There was 2 Hispanics employees in the kitchen working ( male and female) laughing having a good time looking like they were enjoying there day. One gentleman appeared to been around 70. There was another female who was in front that went into the kitchen and began yelling at them about talking in Spanish. How they don't need to be speaking anything other than English because SHE don't speak it. That's so rude and disrespectful! Her tone and overall demeanor was totally out of line. I saw the faces of both employees that she was speaking to and the looked totally deflated. I immediately put all my items back and will NEVER return again. I'm taking all my business to KRogers. read more

Their store is clean and well stocked. Some gluten free items are marked which makes shopping faster. But... Cinnamon pinecones are an asthma trigger for me. They were in the entrance and by the florist area. They were not willing to move them to an area I can avoid or to make the display smaller. This is not a preference. These things give me a very bad asthma attack. I hate to admit this but Walmart was more helpful. read more

Kind of pricey. But, I think that may be true price if having a store with a fantastic selection. Meat and seafood departments with knowledgeable (patient) people behind the counter. The produce department has quality veggies including regular, Non-GMO, and organic. Now, this isn't a Whole Foods or Sprouts, but for Sherman- it has a good selection. I have worked here for six years in two different positions. This company is nothing but cheap and DOES NOT PROVIDE PAID SICK LEAVE FOR ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES. This company will literally fire any employee on the spot for standing up for a co-worker who gets bullied by a customer. I cannot count on Albertsons to carry the products they carried the month before. Can't buy Campbell's Bean and Bacon Soup for three months now. They are pushing Signature brand. I tasted it and the taste was nothing like what Campbell's Bean Soup tastes. It has a strange flavor. Next, my spouse brought home red grapes and they, too, are signature. Then I asked for the six pack of glazed donuts. All they had was Signature donuts glazed on one side and they were dry. So, I got online and find out that they are indeed pushing Signature and headquarters wrote that they started sprinkling Signature throughout the store. Next phase will be more signature. I ordered 2 Star Wars themed cakes on June 2nd for pick up June 5th at 12:00, at 10:30 on June 5th, Albertsons bakery called to let us know that they did not have either of the cake themes in stock, this was 3 hours before the Birthday party was to start, I had heard that this same type thing has happened more than once, the only thing the bakery manager could say was I'm sorry this happened, for a 4 year and a 7 years old who picked out their own cakes this was not acceptable, but Walmart did save the day, we will never use the bakery at Albertson again read more

This store is really nice. I, personally, am a Kroger person, but the Kroger here in Sherman is awful. Albertson's has friendlier employees, better service, and better selection. Unfortunately, Albertson's is also very expensive, and for this reason I do not do the bulk of my grocery shopping here. read more
