About 10 minutes later, while I was on my way to the store, I received a call back from Sprouts letting me know they had made a mistake and didn't actually carry the item. That level of accountability and ownership is rare these days. They could have easily said nothing and let me make a wasted trip, but instead they took the initiative to contact me and correct the mistake. This location has a newer, more modern layout compared to the one on Loop 288. The aisles are wider, the flow of the store feels more open, and the larger self-checkout area makes the end of your shopping trip seem way less chaotic. We went during opening week, so it was pretty packed, but the store was still clean, well-stocked, and organized--plus it still had that "new store smell." Before going in, I checked the Target app and loaded up on Target Circle deals, which really added to the value of the trip. I spent some time in the clothing section and was pleasantly surprised--there were solid deals on graphic tees, and I found a bunch of shirts in my size that I haven't been able to find at the other Denton Target. The selection felt fresh and well-stocked, especially for a newly opened location. I'm looking forward to seeing how this location settles in--it's a great addition to the north side of Denton!
