I was usually able to run in and grab my medications and jet! Customer service was just so-so. Not bad in my experience, but nothing above average either. Pretty standard "what do you want? And here you go, bye" kind of stuff lol If you are looking for friendliness and more interaction, then this may not be the place for you lol

I visited this Rite Aid because I was feeling a bit peaked, and I needed something to tame the sore throat I was beginning to feel. I got some Vitamin C tablets, which they had in abundance. I chose the generic version, and they were very tasty. I think they worked really well, because although I ended up getting a full-blown cold, my cold felt minor while I was taking the Vitamin C tablets. So, thank you, Rite Aid, for helping me during my time of need. And FYI: This Rite Aid has a Thrifty Ice Cream shop inside of it! What a blast from the past. After convincing her to look it up, she sees my order and tells me it'll be $400. I said I use Good Rx and pulled it up on the app as I normally do. She says, we don't accept Good Rx. Wrong again! The pharmacist comes over, I explain, he processes it and fills the order for $73. She of course had disappeared to the drive up window to hide after giving wrong information twice. Absolutely horrible customer service and nothing like their "neighborhood pharmacy" commercials. I saw the lady in line before me going through a bad interaction with her as well. Ms Simon didn't want to be helpful or provide "neighborly" customer service.

This was honestly one of the most chaotic pharmacy experiences I've ever had…read more I received a text saying my prescription was ready for pickup, so I stopped in. The pharmacy line was about 10 people deep, which already took a while. After finally reaching the counter, I was told my prescription was already bagged but I needed to sit down and wait another 20 minutes because the pharmacist still had to "remove the cap" before it could be sold. I have never heard of standing in line, reaching the counter, and then being sent away to wait again for something that was supposedly ready and already sitting in the bag. Meanwhile the line barely moved because several people were having full medical consultations and insurance debates at the register while everyone else waited. What should have been a quick pickup turned into a long, frustrating ordeal. If the prescription isn't actually ready, don't send a "ready for pickup" text. It wastes everyone's time. I tried this location because I happened to be nearby, but after this experience I'll gladly go back to my usual pharmacy. Even a slightly rude pharmacy is preferable to this level of disorganization.
