I mainly only come to Albertsons when I want a side of something for dinner. Everything that they have is absolutely delicious and in my opinion, cheap. My go to is their Caesar Bow tie Pasta salad with chicken and their Mac & cheese. The service is always helpful and patient with me, they even let me try samples of them before buying. I am going to up my review a star as they seemed to have teamed up with Vons maybe a year ago and I am able to use my Safeway card now to get better deals! The store is still so quiet, nowhere near as busy as my fave Vons at the Marketplace. Hmm. But, it was clean and seemed well stocked. It is a big store! They have a clearance rack way at the back by the employee double doors. I love scoring the higher quality pet stuff from here. The best sale stuff goes fast from the rack but it is all about being there at the right time. The round check out areas are something I have never seen before, perhaps it was to save space. The cashier was friendly enough and I got what I needed. They always say, do not go in hungry! Going in for tortillas cost me $40 in other fun, yummy stuff! Lots of parking at this plaza and beside other great stores including CVS, Hallmark, Bagel shop, etc. read more

I agree with Jesus's review about this store and their stereotypical staff. I've seen Hispanic people get harrassed and unfairly treated at this location. Clerks not bagging groceries of brown people then seeing them bag white peoples groceries. This place is toxic and something like this just happened to me recently. Management needs to do something about this. I've filed a complaint and hope they take it seriously and reprimand Jacob the cashier who refused to bag groceries and others who treat different customers unfairly. The best staff of all time. Ryan Rox and the best Mr. Thomas, are who you want to see. There is another gentleman who helped me find crackers who was off the clock. His hair is coated with wisdom and is always happy. I talked with all the employees and they told me how emotionally they got messed up during the pandemic. They told me they got messed up because of the customers bad attitude towards them. If you shop here be better. They are real people with feelings. How dare someone get mad because the line is taking so long. How about thank God the line is long so the business and its 50+ employees keep a Job. Maybe in line hope for the best for everyone around you instead of the employee not meeting your expectations. People loose their job over yelp, please remember that and have some grace. read more

Great selection and clean store. Checkout was a bit of an awkward experience. The clerk did not say hi back to me when I greeted him and he did not mention that he had put my pack of mini sodas in the cart and said nothing as I almost walked out without them or the cart. Checked my receipt, grabbed the sodas out of the cart and made the mistake of not returning the cart to the front (I think that's what you're supposed to do, but I was thinking for some reason they were collected there in the separate cart lane at checkout. It's a mistake I acknowledge and admit to). After passing by the second time to get my soda from the cart I hear the clerk push the carts to the wall so hard that it caused quite the crashing sound. I was relieved that it didn't seem to hit the small child running around. The experience just felt weird, passive-aggressive, and just overall like I'm not going there again. Very strange. read more

Covid update - entry through north door only. One way traffic through the store to maintain social distancing. Aisle are taped, so make your list and pay attention, as going back for something is cumbersome. Face covering required as of early April. This store is more robust in enforcing the mask policy than other Albertson's /Vons I've visited. My understanding is the mask policy is the supermarket union local as a worker safety measure. Note that the UFCW also represents 250,000 workers in meat plants, so it is a hot topic, as it should be. It's an inconvenience but not a negative remark. Stay safe. read more

So, Albertsons is back again and has been up and running for almost a year now I believe... after the whole Haagens switch and then back to Albertsons again. This happens to be the closest grocery store to my house; however, I often forget they are open again since for a little bit this parking lot was deserted, so I end up at FoodMaxx, Vons or Walmart. Since the change, there has been quite a bit of new faces with the change of employees and I often wonder what happened to all those amazing people who worked here for many years. The staff has their ups and downs, but you cannot compare them to the staff that was there for many years who knew their customers by name. Produce is still amazing from what I remember and their shelves are always fixed neatly and organized. Lines are never an issue here and I rarely come in and wait longer than 5 minutes at a line. Albertsons probably has one of the best fried chickens at a grocery store that make fresh foods daily and I would choose Albertsons chicken over some other food places. Lately I've been hearing a lot of customers complain about grocery store plastic bags that are being charged for 15cents a bag, but come on people.... this is not Albertsons fault! You had an opportunity to vote against the proposition, so please don't blame the workers! To sum this place up... Albertsons has great prices and the place is always nice and clean, they even have Starbucks inside for your convenience and they definitely have one of the best fresh baked grocery store cookies! read more

Yaaay! Albertsons is back! Loving this location. The store is crazy clean and organized. The staff are friendly and helpful. Everyone seems to be happy here and always working as if they really love the job. It is so nice to come to this store and do my shopping. They are near Starbucks, Trader Joes, and a few good restaurants. I don't usually get too excited about grocery stores, but I'm loving this place. Stopped in to stock up on some staples for our son's apartment. Pretty good selection, but I've seen better. The real downside was trying to get the electronic coupons to work. Cashier was patient, but we never did get them off the phone and to the register. No personnel to help so we lost out on about $10. Never again. I found myself at this Albertsons location smack in the middle of the holiday season. I needed some specific items for holiday treats that I was unable to locate at other grocery stores and right at prime time. It was my lucky day when the store was completely empty! The store is exactly the same as it was before it closed then re-opened, from what I can remember. It's a little on the "older" side, but I don't think that takes away from the cleanliness or order of this store. The staff was friendly; I needed fresh cranberries and had walked up and down produce for 10 minutes unable to locate any. When asked, the cashier immediately offered to go find me some without hesitation. Their prices are a little high if you're not someone who plans a trip for sale items only, but I've found cheaper prices here than other "discount" stores. Just have to watch the ads and do some planning. 10/10 will return. read more

Get some carts already! It's insane that I have to go search the parking lots for carts and cannot seem to find any. I've never ever had an issue like this before. This was the third time that I've gone and I am currently 8 months pregnant, have my 2 year old with me, and temperatures were reaching 100 degrees, came in and no carts. Went outside no carts and even saw a worker just scanning the parking lot from the shade and couldn't see any either. This is the third time I left and just went to Trader Joe's. This used to be our "go to" grocery store back in the day. We used to come here because they made the best garlic bread. It smelled so good when walking into the store, and it tasted great when having it at home. The bread went so well with their fried chicken. At the time, I thought they made the best fried chicken in town. Well, that was then and this is now. Both the garlic French bread and the fried chicken no longer taste great. Both are only ordinary. Only go there rarely nowadays because of that. Also, their products are normally more expensive than the competition. Going to Trader Joe's which is located close by would be a better option. read more

When this store transitioned to Haggens I was utterly disappointed, the sales were non-existent and just not the same store even though the people remained. But now they have re-opened as Albertsons and I am enjoying the savings I once did. This is the closest to my house until they re-open the one on White Lane & Gosford Road so I visit it when I can. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, might I add this store actually looks even better. The cleanliness is awesome and you want that with any business dealing with food products. One plus is that they sell beer from Lengthwise, may be a chain store but you can still support a local business. Of course you no longer need to be part of a rewards club, all the sales are open for everyone who shops here, they always have good deals too. Just yesterday I wanted to make Sloppy Joes for dinner, the cans of Sloppy Joe sauce were $1.88 per can but if you buy 5, you get them for $0.88!! Instead of paying $9.40, I paid $4.40! That is five dollars towards something else needed. Everyone has their choice when it comes to shopping for groceries and mine is WinCo but for those quick stop pick ups, Albertsons is right there for me. read more
