This place is a gem of a find. So happy to have stumbled upon this place. Went there for lunch had the ham & cheese pastel and chicken with artichoke pastel both were so amazing! The beef & sausage stew is out of this world!! The flavor is authentic and every bite is a delicacy!! It's a meal in itself served with rice and a baguette This place was that amazing we made reservations for dinner the SAME NIGHT!!! Dinner existed with sharing meals of spaghetti bolognese, shrimp carbonara, beef stroganoff and penne with bacon and mushrooms. All i can say is O-M-G! All are phenomenal and fresh, like mamma Mia was in the kitchen cooking! Desserts are all homemade and so beautiful it's hard to eat! But we ate, and boy was it's worth it!! We had Saturday brunch at Alberto's. I've been wanting to try it out since so many people rave about it. The food was good, but it took forever to arrive. The restaurant was not busy, but the waitresses seemed almost nonexistent at times. We shared the Pao de Queijo. My husband had their breakfast and I had the Ouro Bronco sandwich. My sandwich was basically a baguette with curry served all over it. It was very messy and hard to eat because of being so messy. However, the flavor was really good. The baguette was incredible. We also had some of their desserts which were good. The macaron were my favorite. We also took home a piece of chocolate cake and a piece of cheesecake. They were good but incredibly rich and sweet. Overall the entire meal was over $80 for two people. We didn't even order the most expensive things on the menu. For the price we paid, I'm not sure it was worth it. The food also gave us both indigestion and heartburn later. Unfortunately, we will most likely not go back. read more

Visiting my friends and they brought me across the street to this restaurant. Mariah was our server and was very attentive from beginning to end. The food was incredibly fresh and made to order which is excellent! I have been in the restaurant business for over 26 years and really enjoyed e trying especially when Mariah told me that the owner, was the one who delivered our wine, and was the chef that Monday evening. We had the cheese balls, garden salad, mushroom risotto, fettuccine Alfredo, and the beef bourgeon. The portions were incredible and was able to enjoy for the next two days when we brought home the Alfredo and risotto! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone and you are lucky to have a server like Mariah who has pride in the menu, attentive to guests needs and a wonderful smile! read more

Hosting out of town corporate guests and needing a quiet restaurant with a great deal of charm and an over abundance of hospitality? Alberto's is definitely a must! Food was flavorful and I enjoyed the various adaptations to "normal" cuisine. Their shrimp carbonara was exquisite with rich flavors, definitely a must! Their Brazilian fare was well done with perfect balance of spice and flavor. The establishment is tiny with a cozy atmosphere, staff was very pleasant and accommodating. My 3 stars was due to my stew being on the cold side and sub-par attentiveness by waitress. You can tell this is a new place and I hope more people come and enjoy something different! read more
