Immediately after surgery I experienced pain in my left breast, which Maggi attributed to me doing something wrong during the recovery period. I had the "double bubble" effect immediately post op, which I couldn't have done myself... Dr. Maggi was also supposed to put in a bigger implant in my right breast and smaller in my left, because my left breast was naturally bigger. Well he didn't do that, he put the same size in both breasts 421cc's, so I was left with uneven breasts. During my follow up appointment, I was experiencing pain, and while examining my breasts he flapped them up and down as if I was a piece of meat and said "this is not my fault. I didn't do anything wrong here, any issues you're experiencing come from your own incompetence. I don't do revisions for free." I was shocked that I had complications that soon after surgery, and that he didn't want to even acknowledge his own mistake. I'm a tough person but I literally cried after leaving his office that day. I'm a nurse myself and I followed his post-op instructions to a T. For the last decade, my implants have hurt and caused me issues, not to mention they looked terrible. I had them completely removed 3 weeks ago by a professional, compassionate, knowledgeable physician. I wouldn't recommend anyone get work done by this person because you only have one body and one life. Please seek out a professional plastic surgeon who actually does good work and doesn't treat you as a walking dollar sign.

My case was very minor - my main concern was getting rid of the small amount of remaining gland. Unfortunately he has left my chest looking far worse than before. The incisions at the areola look sloppy and healed poorly, part of an areola lost its pigment, the nipples fold into themselves when warm, and there's severe cratering and loose skin. Obviously he was way too aggressive with liposuction. After the initial follow-up the day after surgery, Dr. Caridi and his office never reached out to me again to ask how I was healing up. And the healing was not easy. Following his massaging protocol didn't help much, if at all. At 6 months, left with terrible results, I finally reached out. Dr. Caridi was very dismissive about my concerns in the following months of email and photo exchanges. He kept assuring me the results would improve with more time. The language he used in his correspondences was highly unprofessional - at one point even saying that I was "torturing myself". After more complaining he finally offered to do a FaceTime call but I ultimately declined as I had lost all trust in him by that point. In hindsight, my first FaceTime consultation before surgery was rushed, casual, and non-specific. I only found out I was to have liposuction (in addition to excision) after the call when they forwarded me the bill. During that call he said some bizarre and unprofessional things which I won't repeat here. It was personal and inappropriate. I foolishly glossed over these red flags. Other reputable surgeons have since informed me I'll need up to 2 more surgeries to correct Dr. Caridi's mistakes with scar revisions and fat grafting. Please consider my example as a warning. I highly suggest you look elsewhere for surgery.

Not only was her work way too conservative (as in you can't tell a difference), I now have a scar under my nose. Another facial plastic surgeon reviewed her work and told me because of my eye structure I was never a good candidate for an upper bleph and Dr. Saxon should've told me that instead of taking my money and cutting me open for no reason. I'll post before and after pics and you can see (note that in the before for my eyes I had eyeliner on but no liner in the after, which may make it look like there's a minimal difference like more lid space, but there's actually not. I encourage everyone to read my previous reviews for all the details. I gave up my $15k refund in exchange for the right to post this honest review. On the other hand, before my own surgery, I saw all the 5-star reviews and zero 1-star reviews and thought that meant no 1-star reviews existed. I sincerely question that after my own offer of a full refund but only in exchange for my silence. Someone asked recently about the contact he asked me to sign in exchange for a full refund ($15,050) so I attached a photo of it. It reads (in part): "THAT I fully understand that from this day forward I will not speak about this case or Dr. Andrew P. Trussler, M.D. publicly (i.e. media- news, print, or electronic) or privately. Also, there will not further public (e.g. signage or voice amplification) or private demostrations (sic) nor discussing this case with any other persons. If I continue any of the above mentioned I am hereby notified I will incur treble civil penalties." It is very difficult to sue for medical malpractice in the state of Texas, and even then, the damages are capped at an amount that might not even be worth the trouble after the emotional drain and attorney's fees. There is very little accountability required. Be very, very careful about who you choose to literally trust with your life.

So when I had my consultation with Dr. Constantinedes, I knew almost immediately that he was the surgeon for me. I had viewed his gallery, read all his reviews and checked out his (impressive and accomplished) background. So when I finally got to my consultation (August 2025) I was not disappointed. In fact, he exceeded my expectations. I scheduled my consultation with the idea of upper and lower bleph, a brow lift and face and neck lift. However, I was not sure I wanted to do it all at once. In fact, I was pretty sure I didn't want to. His manner is kind, attentive, measured and informative. He explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions. No rush. No dumb questions. No 'selling'. No pressure. After some discussion, he told me he doesn't do the eyes and brow at the same time he does face and neck. He does them in separate surgeries and he explained why. His reasons were completely aligned with my desires based on my research. I was relieved and started getting excited. So after a few days of contemplating, looking at my schedule and lining up the funds, I was ready to move ahead. I scheduled upper and lower bleph + brow lift for the week before Christmas so I could use the holiday time to recover and be off the daily videos calls required in my job.
