My son is always rummaging through her bag to see the type of toys she brings to session and he is always pleasantly surprised with what she brings out. Lately we have been having session out in our front courtyard so that we can have some fresh air and sun. Miss Julia always gets his body moving and exploring. His motor skills are improving tremendously and after todays session he had a nice nap after the active movement. My child runs to greet their therapist (Bailey) and is always in a good mood afterwards. My child truly enjoys spending time with Miss Bailey! -I noticed a change in my child's speech with a month of starting at MeBe. Within two months, extended family members were commenting on my child's improved articulation. Family friends are now commenting on just how much my child's speech has improved; more clear articulation and increased vocabulary during conversations are two noted areas of improvement. -MeBe hosts and records regular webinars on topics relevant to our life (for example, success with distance learning and fine motor skills). Being able to listen into the webinar at a later date, and on my own pace, is awesome!

The work they did and the tools they gave us really helped my son which leads me to why I'm giving it two stars instead of five.... Scheduling is terrible. They have a strict absence / makeup policy (85%) which I totally get. However, they don't hold up their end of the bargain. I had an emergency c-section and was back to speech 2 weeks later because we were told that if we missed more we could lose our sessions. Then despite attending we ended up losing our spot anyways because they no longer had a provider to fill it. Then months later, we were finally placed with another therapist only to be told that she would no longer be working with MeBe and they don't have another provider to take over after only 4 sessions. When I reached out to scheduling asking if they had any potential spots, they were not helpful at all. They like to offer telehealth as an option but that just does not fit well for my active two year-old (we even gave it a try, just in case.) They had asked if I could give them more availability and when I did I received zero reply. At this point, I am really tired of the lack of consistency and poor communication on MeBe's end. The speech therapists are lovely, but now unfortunately I would not recommend MeBe.
