My son has attended occupational therapy sessions with Danielle at Writesteps for six months…read more Danielle is a phenomenally talented OT and she works on skills beyond what is traditionally offered during school-based therapy. My son has ADHD and struggles significantly with handwriting and motor planning. Danielle has systematically taught him cursive writing and uses many innovative multi-sensory techniques in her therapy. My son does not realize he is receiving therapy because Danielle makes every session a lot of fun for him. He enjoys the interactive games and motor activities that she implements before and after handwriting practice. I have worked as a school psychologist for 20 years and I only would send my son to Danielle for therapy. She understands the supports and training children need from a developmental perspective.

He started OT on the recommendation of his Kindergarten teacher. Danielle worked with him on fine motor skills, handwriting and sensory support integration. My son looked forward to his sessions, she has tons of cool stuff in her office- a ball pit, trapeze-type swinging contraptions, and more. Perhaps equally important, she has helped me as I have continued to advocate for my son, providing reports for evaluations, counseling me on strategies for school, listening when I needed support, and sharing her opinion when I needed a second set of eyes. We highly recommend Writesteps Pediatric Occupational Therapy. Danielle is passionate about helping children, and she brings such a beautiful combination of knowledge and love to her job. We are so grateful to her!

Gina truly listens to…read moreparents' concerns and takes the time to set clear, realistic expectations, which immediately made us feel supported and confident in our son's care. What really sets Gina apart is her patient-led approach. She meets my son where he is and adjusts each session based on his needs in the moment. Gina is incredibly compassionate, sweet, and attentive to cues. When my son becomes overwhelmed and needs space--sometimes even needing to step into a quiet corner--Gina recognizes this right away and adapts without pressure. That flexibility and understanding helped her build real trust with him. Because Gina listens, observes, and adjusts so thoughtfully, our son feels safe and respected during sessions, and that has made a huge difference in his progress. She is a fantastic representative of Radiant Kids Therapy, and I highly recommend her to any family looking for a caring, patient, and child-centered speech therapist.

He genuinely looks forward to every class, and seeing his excitement and joy walking in says more than words ever could. The impact on his development has been incredible. Every session is thoughtfully guided with patience, care, and a true understanding of who he is as an individual. We appreciate her more than we can fully express. Anyone who brings this much happiness, comfort, and progress into our child's life will always have a place in our hearts. We feel incredibly lucky to have found someone who cares so deeply and makes such a meaningful difference in our child's journey.

I have had physical therapy elsewhere in years past and I am a retired physician. I have significant osteoarthritis. Jim is, without a doubt, the best, most knowledgeable physical therapist provider I have ever met or worked with. He knows exactly what he is doing, can communicate wonderfully about musculoskeletal problems and pain and is a wizard with his fingertips. He has extensive knowledge of human anatomy. I NEVER thought that I would be relieved of my pain or get back to exercising. I am 68 and now am thrilled that the muscle and tendon pain and tightness that came with aging and long term exercise has been eliminated. When it does creep up on me again, I know exactly how to deal with it. I am back to the wonderful exercising I love to do and am sleeping with minimal pain. I am no longer wondering about hip replacement. Please see the multiple reviews written by patients of Jim on the company web site. I asked him if I could write a Yelp review and he said that the he had not had the time to profile his company on Yelp yet. So I entered it and put in the current review so others can hear about and benefit from his services. I hope others access him because he is amazing.

Despite the important work being done in the ABA field, the company consistently fails to support…read moreits employees in meaningful or sustainable ways. One of the most concerning issues is the lack of communication and transparency. Employees often receive no notice when clients cancel sessions, resulting in wasted trips and unpaid time. In such cases, you're either told to clean the facility (an unreasonable expectation outside the role of a Behavior Technician) or you're abruptly reassigned to cover another BT's session without context or consent. The pay is among the lowest in the ABA field, especially when weighed against the emotional and physical demands of the job. The work environment is poorly maintained, with cleanliness being a recurring problem. The facility does NOT look like those posted online. The children's bathrooms and common areas are often unsanitary, raising valid concerns about hygiene, safety, and the general quality of care. A particularly troubling practice is the use of personal items like wipes brought in for one child that get used on other children, without the caregiver's knowledge. Additionally, BTs are often left in the dark about health-related issues like lice until after the situation is already "handled," which puts both staff and other clients at risk. Unsurprisingly, the company suffers from a very high turnover rate, which reflects the broader issues within the organization and further destabilizes the workplace. Overall, they show little regard for employee well-being, professional development, or proper client care. Even by looking at the reviews the only 5 star reviews are for speech therapists, not from the work being done!

Lauren was Luca's therapist even before she joined your practice, and we continued with her there. As Luca is now 4-years-old and I've had the chance to interact with numerous physicians, caretakers, therapists and professionals related to his overall care, I can say with confidence that I am in awe of Lauren. Lauren is a passionate, dedicated and energetic therapist. She showed up to each and every session in our home ready and focused on Luca. She cared very deeply about Luca's progress and went above and beyond to ensure he had every chance to access speech, language and develop to his maximum potential. I appreciated her creative approach to "learn" what Luca liked and disliked, and how she could bring the best out of him. She tailored her activities and approach to Luca's interests and although my nonverbal son is difficult at times to understand from first glance, Lauren successfully navigated their communication styles and was able to have a relationship with Luca. Lauren not only taught Luca, but she also educated my husband and myself, in addition to our nurses and other caretakers to ensure we all had access to learning Luca's best options and what opportunities there are for us all as we continue down this path. She was patient, persistent and opened our eyes to possibilities we would never have known. As a mom, I felt supported fully by Lauren and knew she truly loved my son. That went far beyond any level of care I could ever have asked for - I don't often leave "reviews" but I feel obligated to share how much of a true difference Lauren has made in our lives.

We had a lot of concerns and didn't know what progress would realistically look like. Not only did our child meet every single goal she set, but the confidence and willingness to try new things has grown just as much as the physical skills.
