We saw a few things that had our inner health inspectors slightly alarmed, but I think they have mastered only doing slightly unsanitary things around food that has yet to be cooked, because it is the next day and my stomach is still smiling. Nobody here spoke good English, but if you are willing to put some effort into trying or speak a tiny bit of Spanish, you should get along quite well since you can pretty much point to what you want.
