Cambalache Bar Tavern Pub. I was welcomed in, by Guillermo, I always try my best to order in Spanish first, I was then given a menu written in Spanish and English.
I am allergic too gluten, and this can be tricky when you do not know how dishes are made. My $9 soup the other day ended up to be $33 after I had to make a trip to the pharmacy.
Today I was guided by Guillermo and the chef who confirmed my order was gluten free. I had the Jamon(ham) Asado con Chimichurri. It was absolutely delicious. Slices of ham with chimichurri with tomato, onion, lettuce, orange slices, and blueberries. The tomato was sliced in the shape of a rose and was beautiful. I also ordered a glass of wine and the tapa served was a bowl of lentil soup.
