Carlos came out and provided 2 different quotes, one for full replacement and another one for replacing only a portion to include upgrading all the vents. I wasn't expecting that but after consideration, I thought that was the best option. We scheduled the repair and they were prompt, professional, and clean. His team came out on time and worked like a machine to complete in one day. They cleaned up after they were done and then the foreman came out same day to inspect and perform quality control. Aside from saving me thousands on our options, I was very impressed with SoCal from start to finish. I would highly recommend their services.

I really wanted to give this company 5 stars because of Jose, the foreman. He was amazing to work with, attentative, and prompt. Salt of the earth! Carlos, the owner, was also amazing, prompt, straightforward, knowledgeable. They did an amazing job on my roof. Roof itself 5/5. No complaints. However, I do believe the job and the service itself is 3 stars. Not bad but not amazing. I ended up walking away from this experience just kind of meh but wanted to share my honest thoughts so it'll help others. That being said, there were a couple hiccups that happened along the way. No one contacted me prior to the day of my start date/roof removal. The office manager kind of chucked it as the person who supposed to let me know was out sick. They require someone be home to sign off on the work so not letting me know seemed off.. Not a peep about what time theyll be arriving, what to expect. Etc. Yes, they walk you through this process during quotation but thats about 4 to 6 weeks out before the actual day. They also didnt let me know which day or what time. I had to reach out myself multiple times. The team is quick but I also think their speed leaves them a bit careless. After they were done, I was left with a patched ceiling (beautifully patched but I feel like shouldn't have happened in the first place), kitchen/outdoor light that no longer works, loose recessed lighting,, and plumbing leak. They also let you know and disclose that things may break since theres pressure on the roof. Its in the contract but it highlights loose items and such... but realistically, not electrical going out or plumbing leaks based on what ive learned from others and neighbors. I also had my plumbing inspected and redone in September 2024. Now, im not saying they were at fault and that theyre to blame. It could just be my luck that it happened exactly on the day they were up on my roof after living here over a year. Also, very minor but there were trash left around that my inspector found. They were accomodating on making things right although they started to be a little short with me towards the end. I really considered referring them to other friends who needed their roofing done but not sure if my confidence is there if theyll be spending $$$ for an ok experience.

James showed up right on time to the minute on a pretty hot day to fix some broken tiles in our front porch area. He thoroughly removed the ultimate and other broken tiles and replaced it with new ones. He completed the job in a reasonable amount of time and the finished product was amazing. No cutting corners and he even explained why he thinks the tiles cracked/came loose. We are so grateful to have found him. He told us that he actually specializes in bathrooms and showers, which is going to be our next project so we will definitely be reaching out to him when we are ready to tackle that. He is insured as well and works with a partner who does the tub install so him and his partner can do everything from start to finish when it comes to bathroom remodeling. We recently removed a built-in and remodeled our fireplace, so the tiles around that area needed repairing/replacing. Jamen's quote was super reasonable, and once we confirmed the bid, he found us a start date right away. Jamen confirmed that one of his crew would be coming to do the job. His guy - Paolo - came punctually on the agreed upon time, explained the process, and did an awesome job repairing our tile!! Not only did he work quickly and efficiently, but he worked meticulously and made sure not to damage any existing tile. The first day took from about 9-1:30 pm to demo, cut, and set new tile. The second day he came back to do the grout (took less than an hour). Paolo explained that they wanted to make sure the tile was set/dry before grouting so that the grout color didn't blend into wet tileset color (which was white). I appreciate thoughtful, meticulous, detailed work even if it takes a bit longer. Thank you Jamen and Paolo!!! Already started referring them to friends!

I am glad this ended on a good note, since other than the communication issue, the floors look amazing, and his team worked hard and quickly. His team did leave floor finish stains on the baseboards and my kitchen quartz counter walls, so heads up, don't forget to ask them to use painters tape if you're getting your hardwood floors sanded and refinished. (Initial review) Initially when Alex first gets your business, they seem responsive and even tells me about how shoddy of a job the previous flooring people did in my home (fixed by previous owners). But the moment any small issues come up, Alex just ghosts his customers. In the video you can see the cracks happening under normal body weight. I really wanted to believe that at the very least he and his team will try to provide any rectification, even if it's just to come out again to check on the floor to see what else can be done, like I wouldn't even have mind paying an additional small fee for materials. Instead, since he has been fully paid, he won't even see the project to the end to make sure he delivers on quality work. I understand that things come up and he could be busy but the non-responsiveness for two weeks is clear.

Installation kicked off right on schedule. Alex's crews showed up early each morning with smiles, set clear expectations for the day, and--my favorite part--left the site spotless every evening. No sawdust trails, no empty coffee cups, just tidy floors ready for the next day's work. The installers were polite and happy to answer my many questions about care and maintenance. A special shout-out to the team member who tackled the staircase: the precision on each tread and riser is next-level. Friends keep asking if the stairs were custom-built! The new baseboards tie everything together with crisp, clean lines that make the room feel finished and elevated. Bottom line: if you're hunting for competitive pricing without sacrificing craftsmanship or communication, call Aesthetic Flooring. I'm beyond thrilled with the transformation and can't stop staring at my beautiful new floors. I've added a few photos of the project in progress so you can see the crew's attention to detail for yourself. Highly, highly recommend!

But, I just had to make time to recognize some of the best customer service I have EVER received from ANY store I have patronized. My husband and I purchased some luxury vinyl flooring from Floor and Decor in West Covina, CA. We really didn't know what to look for and weren't educated on what was considered a quality floor. This is where we were introduced to the Design Supervisor, Tanya Jadrich, and this was like hitting the lottery. Not only was Tanya GENUINELY nice, but she was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and funny. She took her time to make sure we understood the differences between all the vinyl; she asked us questions to ensure she was guiding us in the right direction towards our goals. My goodness, she was great! So we made our decision, bought all the flooring and supporting supplies, and had our OUTSIDE contractor pick up all the materials. The contractor started installing our flooring, and we immediately noticed they weren't prepping the floor at all. We called attention to this before the 3rd plank was installed. We were basically told to shut up and let the professional do their job. Well, after the bottom part of our home was completed, the floor was squeaking, cracking, and lifting in certain areas. We were told to give the floor two weeks to settle. Well, 5 months later, we are still fighting this contractor to redo our floor. It is a hot mess. Now, back to Tanya. We reached out to Tanya, and she has gone above and beyond to assist and guide us to a resolution with this company. We understand she has no obligation to do as much as she has done, but she believes in good customer service and doesn't stop providing it EVER! Thank you, Tanya, so very much. I previously had a horrible experience with another flooring contractor (completely unrelated to…read morethis company), which made me very nervous about going through the process again. The flooring from that past job began breaking, even bowing at one point, and when concerns were raised, the contractor brushed it off and said to give it time to settle. It never improved and now just creaks, but we eventually gave up on trying to fix it. Overall, it was a nightmare experience. Because of that, I was extremely cautious when choosing new flooring this time around. I asked a lot of questions, sometimes more than once, to help ease my nerves. Jacob was the one who helped me, and he was so patient and helpful. He was very down to earth, explained everything in layman's terms, and spoke to me like a friend rather than talking down to me. In an industry that is primarily male, I've often felt dismissed or spoken down to, which can be incredibly frustrating. Jacob treated me with respect and like a person, which I truly appreciated. Jacob also helped me choose the flooring, and the process was surprisingly easy. I told him I wanted a light-colored floor, and he selected three options that closely matched what I had in mind. It was such a relief not to sift through endless samples, which can be very overwhelming. I was able to make a decision quickly, and the end result was perfect. I absolutely love how it turned out.

Most flooring is ordered by Kingsly and either delivered to Kingsly or truck to your location for a few hundred dollars. We purchased 40 cartons of Brazilian Cherry and had it delivered to our home. The guys in the truck were nice enough to unload them into our garage as each carton weighs 50 lb Gave them a nice tip. Normally it's tailgate service meaning they pull up and you take the stuff off the truck. Kingsly also custom makes their own nosing for stairs. It's 80 bucks for a strip, the strips are pretty long. We spent about $9000. Either you or your flooring company should measure carefully when ordering. Our cartons contained 29 sq ft. Because if you buy too much they won't take back less than 100 sq ft and charge a hefty percent restocking fee.
