We left one day thinking all dark tile, came back in another day and he's like, "I've been thinking all week about your space." Who does that? He knew we wanted something interesting and we got to play with the tiles in the store until we were 100% satisfied. Dominic was nice too, but we mostly saw Brett on Saturdays. I also felt very welcomed and he spoke to me just as equally as to my husband. (Ladies, you know what I mean.) Just shop here. I am glad this ended on a good note, since other than the communication issue, the floors look amazing, and his team worked hard and quickly. His team did leave floor finish stains on the baseboards and my kitchen quartz counter walls, so heads up, don't forget to ask them to use painters tape if you're getting your hardwood floors sanded and refinished. (Initial review) Initially when Alex first gets your business, they seem responsive and even tells me about how shoddy of a job the previous flooring people did in my home (fixed by previous owners). But the moment any small issues come up, Alex just ghosts his customers. In the video you can see the cracks happening under normal body weight. I really wanted to believe that at the very least he and his team will try to provide any rectification, even if it's just to come out again to check on the floor to see what else can be done, like I wouldn't even have mind paying an additional small fee for materials. Instead, since he has been fully paid, he won't even see the project to the end to make sure he delivers on quality work. They subcontracted the work without asking and sent over a two-person crew that did not speak English, making it a challenge to communicate. They made several pattern match mistakes on the ceiling and which I had to ask them to correct. They made pattern mistakes on the wall as well, and even though I gave them the correction, they only followed the correction for one of the panels, the other two are mismatched. Plus they used adhesive on self-adhering paper which made it impossible to remove without a major hassle. Unfortunately, the poor workmanship wasn't the only problem. They were unresponsive to our complaints then threatened legal action in a way which inflated the agreed cost. While half the job turned out ok (with my help), the other half needs to be completely redone.

We recently purchased a full set of cabinets from 365 and chose their White Oak cabinets, which are…read moreone of their higher-end options. The buying process started out great -- their team was helpful with the design, layout, and ordering process, and we trusted their expertise when finalizing our cabinet configuration. Unfortunately, our experience completely changed after delivery. Once we started the installation, we discovered that one of the tall cabinets did not match the space it was designed for. The cabinet was too tall and did not line up properly with the cabinets next to it, making the entire setup look and function incorrectly. We immediately contacted 365 to ask why the cabinet we received did not match the confirmed configuration and whether it could be exchanged. We were told that the correct size was not available and that they could not replace it. What was frustrating was that this was not just a simple "customer measured wrong" situation. The cabinet layout and configuration were done with the help of their team. If there were any concerns about sizing, fit, or compatibility, we expected those issues to be pointed out before the order was finalized and shipped. Instead, we received a cabinet that did not work with the planned design, and because there was no replacement option, we had to pay our own contractor to modify a brand-new cabinet by cutting off the extra portion just to make it fit. After spending over $10k on these cabinets, having to repair and modify a new product ourselves was extremely disappointing. The biggest frustration is that the issue involved the ordering and configuration process, but the customer was the one left to deal with the extra cost, time, and stress. We chose 365 because we believed we were getting a quality product and professional service. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled did not meet our expectations. We hope 365 can improve their quality control and customer support process so other customers do not have to go through the same experience.
