The work was so well done, we returned to get a backsplash done. JUST LOOK AT THE PHOTOS. Amazing work, and honestly, Brett came up with the design. We left one day thinking all dark tile, came back in another day and he's like, "I've been thinking all week about your space." Who does that? He knew we wanted something interesting and we got to play with the tiles in the store until we were 100% satisfied. Dominic was nice too, but we mostly saw Brett on Saturdays. I also felt very welcomed and he spoke to me just as equally as to my husband. (Ladies, you know what I mean.) Just shop here. Take samples of what you're trying to match with and you'll be taken care of. We will be back for the bathroom later.

They took the time to discuss tile layout, grout color, and the design details before starting, which made a big difference in the final look. Installation kicked off right on schedule. Alex's crews showed up early each morning with smiles, set clear expectations for the day, and--my favorite part--left the site spotless every evening. No sawdust trails, no empty coffee cups, just tidy floors ready for the next day's work. The installers were polite and happy to answer my many questions about care and maintenance. A special shout-out to the team member who tackled the staircase: the precision on each tread and riser is next-level. Friends keep asking if the stairs were custom-built! The new baseboards tie everything together with crisp, clean lines that make the room feel finished and elevated. Bottom line: if you're hunting for competitive pricing without sacrificing craftsmanship or communication, call Aesthetic Flooring. I'm beyond thrilled with the transformation and can't stop staring at my beautiful new floors. I've added a few photos of the project in progress so you can see the crew's attention to detail for yourself. Highly, highly recommend!

I am glad this ended on a good note, since other than the communication issue, the floors look amazing, and his team worked hard and quickly. His team did leave floor finish stains on the baseboards and my kitchen quartz counter walls, so heads up, don't forget to ask them to use painters tape if you're getting your hardwood floors sanded and refinished. (Initial review) Initially when Alex first gets your business, they seem responsive and even tells me about how shoddy of a job the previous flooring people did in my home (fixed by previous owners). But the moment any small issues come up, Alex just ghosts his customers. In the video you can see the cracks happening under normal body weight. I really wanted to believe that at the very least he and his team will try to provide any rectification, even if it's just to come out again to check on the floor to see what else can be done, like I wouldn't even have mind paying an additional small fee for materials. Instead, since he has been fully paid, he won't even see the project to the end to make sure he delivers on quality work. I understand that things come up and he could be busy but the non-responsiveness for two weeks is clear.

They subcontracted the work without asking and sent over a two-person crew that did not speak English, making it a challenge to communicate. They made several pattern match mistakes on the ceiling and which I had to ask them to correct. They made pattern mistakes on the wall as well, and even though I gave them the correction, they only followed the correction for one of the panels, the other two are mismatched. Plus they used adhesive on self-adhering paper which made it impossible to remove without a major hassle. Unfortunately, the poor workmanship wasn't the only problem. They were unresponsive to our complaints then threatened legal action in a way which inflated the agreed cost. While half the job turned out ok (with my help), the other half needs to be completely redone.
