2nd time playing this course. course is amazing,there was 4 of us out today, we play by the rules…read moreand are avid golfers and we take golf etiquette seriously. however this time was not as fun and enjoyable. played today, and being that there was 2 outings in the afternoon the course rangers were more then letting us know we may we had fallen behind, they were waving their hands in the "lets move it along " type of gesture. Also we had to avoid all the mowing equipment, from the 4th to the 12th we had maintenance being done around us on the grounds, slowing us down...we didn't have a problem with mowing and maintenance, but please don't push us along when the course itself was slowing down the pace of play.

Route Fore Golf Center is a fine, casual driving range where you can go to hit some golf balls…read more They're heated booths with rubber tees that you can use when it's cold out. Also, there is a grass area where you can use your own tees. I admit this driving range is nothing fancy, but it's fun to go hit some golf balls here. Furthermore, you can buy a small bucket of balls for $6 and a large bucket for $9. I think these prices are fair. In addition, the Route Fore offers lessons and a golf simulator. While both are nice, they are quite expensive. As expressed, Route Fore is nothing special, but it's a fun driving range and it's great for casual golfers.

Sometimes tough to see but you know what they say about a picture worth a thousand words. Hint: when being videotaped be sure your grip is spot on. Their classes are well organized and will teach you what you need to know. I'm already thinking about going back.

The school includes range practice, video analysis and on-course play, which I really found beneficial. In addition to being a great pro, Sue is a wonderful person - very friendly and easy to work with. Her rates are very reasonable. The registration process is a bit cumbersome, but they will get back to you once you email them. I think this is one of the best schools I've ever been to. I wish I'd met Sue sooner. I highly recommend attending her golf school - you won't regret it!

Situated in a semi-farm like pasture setting, it was just what the doctor ordered. Well kept, shady seating areas, nicely mowed lawn, facing beautiful horses in the distance. Great place to get some swings in, nice staff, and very convenient to Hudson proper. The grass tees were not open during my visit but that was due to the heavy rain fall a couple of days before. We spent another 15 minutes in the store looking at boots and wandering around but no one once asked if we needed help finding anything. HealthPlex is not that gym, and to me, this is a good thing. There aren't meat heads throwing weights on the floor and flexing their muscles for an hour in the mirrors. There are all kinds of people working out here with different goals and lifestyles. Everyone minds their own business while working out. There is a lot of personal training going on as well. All of the staff is super friendly. I met Zach when I was interested in seeing the gym and signing up. He was awesome, answered all my questions with a friendly smile and also showed me that they do have my favorite LifeFitness elliptical machines, which sealed the deal for me. No one has them anymore and they are the only ones that don't murder my bad knees. There is no BS with this gym. Flat charge of $20 per month. No start up fees. No contracts. It's awesome. If you want all the technology, are okay with contracts and higher costs, by all means, go ahead and go to a fancier gym. Personally, I do not need a fruit scented dose of oxygen while at the gym or other extras like this. I prefer to keep it simple and I love HealthPlex. Yes, they do still have free WiFi so you can listen to music without burning your cellular data!

For 10 years I suffered from what began with sciatica pain, to what eventually became crooked hips…read moreand a twisted spine developing. I had an MRI done and they said some of the cushioning in my vertebrae of my spine were degenerative. A Mackenzie spine specialist was recommended- which helped with the pain, but it was not helping it permanently. I did everything from chiropractor, acupuncture , PT, massage, which all helped with pain management but nothing solved the problem, my hips were still uneven, the left hiked up much higher than the right, I still had pain, still had an s starting to form in my spine. They thought one leg was shorter than the other. After doing PT, and all the other modalities in use, I got to a point where I felt good enough to workout again, but I kept hurting myself because I was still moving wrong and using the wrong muscles. I was so unaligned. All the small muscles were weak and the larger muscles were overworking and I was twisted and crooked! I knew I needed a trainer to work one on one with me. It was my last hope And although it was a big investment, it was my last hope. I literally tried everything. I called Healthplex and described my needs and was recommended to train with Teresa Burke. I do not say this lightly when I tell you, I have my life back because of her. She was an answer to my prayers. Teresa has a gift to facilitate this healing of the body. She watches how you move, head to toe, and understands how to help you through it. What muscle groups you need strengthened and what you need to move through. It wasn't always easy. I would show up and it was hard to move / painful to workout because everything was crooked. She truly helped me. I'm no longer crooked. I have no more pain. All my muscles are strong in the right places now and holding me together and upright. I can workout and move like I haven't been able to in years. I recommend her to anyone. She is the real deal!
