    I fo notice giving bad reviews. The experience I had was mixed…read more BUT Bad. First. As far as I know. The Staff were great. Helpful, with great Service. Here's the Bad. I came in with a Bad Alternator. Sold to me via my Mechanics account in March. I paid. The warranty allowed a swap if defective. Not long into April the power issues began and by this last week. I needed a Jump from place to place. Wasting money all the way. 2 days ago I go the replacemen installedt. ABS went out, the engine was struggling, and the transmission was sluggish. Spent the night in their parking lot with 3 kids, and husband who lost a day's wages. Yeasterday after spending time allday, spending a lot a their store. MY Mechanic chasing fictitious gremlins. We decided to get anothelrl Alternator. O'reilys had none, and wouldn't test the warranty swapped one. We went to Napa. 1/2 hour from Their closing. Tested it ÷ O'Reillys Alternator. Failed. I got Pictures. I got receipts! They sold me a faulty Alternator and replaces it with a dud. I returned and asked for a refund. They would not give it, and the Store Manager passed me off to his bosses collectively He took me outside so other customers wouldn't hear. He saw what we went through over those two days and did nothing---his managers were out.It was the weekend . I left with tears in my eyes. My Children were u consulate because I couldn't afford their toys let alone a decent meal after that. I can't afford to go home till Friday. I got a call today (Tuesday). From one of their Managers upchain from the floor Store managers. He's willing to give us a refund. Straightforward questions. No bad blood. It won't erase the experience, but willhelp renumerate the fiscal loss. I talked to my Dad who is knowledgeable. Remains. Always insist they be tested. Do not leave or conclude a transaction until it is tested. If they can't or won't test it. Don't buy it. Do not take the clerks word they can't divine. If it works by sight.Either way. Ultima needs to beef up it's quality control. Fast.

    10-10-24 @ 9:05 pm I have no idea who this woman is but she…read morehas no place in a auto part store. How hard is it to understand we needed a 4 round conversion to a 4 flat for a trailer plug. We even showed her examples. Literally visuals. Told her FOUR times and she still didn't understand. I asked for a male, because she obviously didn't understand. She said "I'm the only one here" yet there was another elderly female and a young male( who after check out we found out was the manager ). Then when I said what about them. Then said they are helping others, the manager wasn't doing anything. Then said "that's hella rude", then picked up her phone and started to text on it. Making a customer repeat themselves four times with clear explanation and even visuals is rude. We stood at the counter until she decided to do what we asked of her and checked the computer. The manager was a ginger and very young. She refused to help us and was hoping we would leave angry, the manager didn't help. The manager said and did nothing. We stood there until she looked, like we asked. She had a bag of doughnuts and a juice on the counter. She was playing on her phone when we walked up too. By far the worst experience we have ever had at Auto Zone. There is no way they are hurting this bad for workers. No one had name tags either.
