Very simple yet healthy breakfast, good coffees. Super nice barista at the coffee station! I was expecting it to be crowded, but there was plenty of room. Spacious place. Nice view.

Great good . A bit Better Food than usual AA clubs in my experience.. nice atmosphere- smaller intimate space with a fireplace! Service was good. Furniture looks pretty new .

Since we got to the airport early for our flight back home, I wanted to try the airport lounges by Alaska Airlines. For a day pass, we paid $130 for two. They're not worth your money. I was probably expecting more... Food. Macaroni and cheese, salad bar, ivers salmon chowder, dessert, beverage. I was not impressed with the selection. Service. The lady at the front was okay. I approached another lady that the gate has changed so I have to go to Alaska lounge C. They said, I can't coz I paid for a day pass. But I didnt change the gates, it was Alaska. I was concerned about my husband walking too far. She said, I can walk and my husband could walk. Okay, kind of inconsiderate. Ambiance. Area not so clean for a paid lounge. There are more people in the lounge. Thought it's gonna be relaxing and quiet. The color patterns calm and warm. Overall, I'm disappointed of the service.

I rarely have the chance to go into lounges so maybe my 'expectation' was not super high. This is the Alaska Lounge at the Seattle airport. Environment: it was night time so the mood seemed like we're at a cozy place with a lot of space between different groups/parties. I liked the high ceilings and everything felt clean. Staff: we were welcomed and then we found a place very quickly. When I didn't know how to use the soda machine, one of the ladies helped me and was patient. Others who were making food were also kind and respectful. They also refilled the foods very quickly~ Food: the salad bar was constantly stocked which was great. There were two soups to choose from (when I went I had the turkey, bacon, kale and tomato bisque). They also had Mediterranean food such as bastrami rice, chicken shawarma, and also vegetarian meatball. The meat was very good and tender. The soda bar was also fancy and had seasonable drinks. I got the cream soda and it was delicious. There's also a bar area for adult drinks but I didn't get anything. The bathrooms were nice and clean. Overall, it was a good place and it was nice compared to other lounges that I've been to.

3/17/2025 10:30 Just wanted something simple.

3/17/2025 A nice place to hangout during a long layover. The Alaska lounges are the best for toast. I love me a good sourdough toast while I relax in comfort. The staff are always friendly and quickly clean up after guests.

Badly needed remodel at the D concourse lounge is done! Same amount of footage but nice new arrangement of amenities. Barista bar upon entering, full buffet downstairs with new seats/tables. Fireplace is always welcome after a cold flight. Upstairs there's a new bar area, no more small window you used to order through. Smaller amount of food there. Nice seats where you can stretch out lines the wall to floor windows, so you can watch the planes come and go or the occasional bag handler mishandling the luggage!

Since Alaska flies out of SeaTac, their lounge in Concourse/Terminal D has been desparately remodelled and I certainly appreciate that! It's also conveniently located right across from one of the security checkpoints and between concourses. My check-in process was rather easy at the front desk; the clerks were so friendly and efficient. There are two floors; when you walk in, you're on the ground floor, with a cafe area to your right and the front desk to your immediate left. The restrooms are clean and along with a bar on the second floor (tucked away in a corner of sorts), there's plenty of room to lounge around while waiting for flight(s). You can get between the floors via either the stairs or an elevator. I will say that of all the lounges that I have been to (AmEx, Alaska, Delta, etc.), this one certainly has an abundance of seating options which I so appreciated. AND, it was nowhere near as crowded as AmEx gets. The food is limited, but rotates to offer a variety; I liked the soups they had the day I was there, and the nice part of being able to get into an Alaska lounge is with your paid receipt (if you had to pay), you can use that same receipt to go to any of their other lounges - there's one in Concourse N and another in C.

Always a place of calm in the middle of Jet City airport. Friendly, familiar faces, nibbles and drinks always help me get my mind right for flying.

Franks @ The Alaska D Lounge this morning having some oatmeal w/raisins with a splash of brown sugar plus a glass of OJ as my pre-flight meal. The Lounge is a respite from the grind of the terminal and hoards of lost souls wandering around lost waiting to board there planes. Peace & tranquility await me prior to flying to my final destination when I enter the lounge and check in. Now this privilege isn't cheap but worth the annual membership I purchase... Some of the amenity's is free food & snacks , coffee and a full blown bar. The bar has 3 TV's showing everything from ESPN highlights, FOX News with Tucker Carlson should you be in the lounge at night or FOX & Friends in the morning. The bar person will pour you local beers & wines to a cocktail or just a morning Bloody Mary to awaken your liver and brush the cobwebs off. Nothing better than someone waiting on you in your preflight moments, it's awesome. Make sure you tip because it's rude to get a free cocktail and not tip, it's uncivilized. I highly recommend the D-Lounge by Alaska it's amazing.

SEATAC has three Alaska Airlines Lounges at the C, D and N Concourses. This review is for the lounge located in the D Concourse - steps from Gate D1. Check-in was prompt and easy, the front desk clerks are super friendly and efficient. I was told this was one of the older Alaska Lounges - and sadly, some parts were definitely showing wear and tear. Food options are good - there are both coffee and breakfast spreads on the upper and lower floors. The bar is located on the upper level. Plenty of seating and outlets on both levels - with views overlooking the Alaska Airlines-owned gates. As far as wear and tear - some of the outlets didn't work. Some of the seating showed definite wear. The restrooms were dirty and save for the pleasantly smelling citrus-y hand soap, it didn't have the "nice" lounge feel to it. On the bright side, it does serve as a nice and quiet refuge from the hustle/bustle of the D Concourse. Minus another star for Alaska's updated policy of restricting access to passengers booking in fare classes C, D, I or J starting Feb 2023. Alaska does not value passengers who book in C, D, I, J class. Beginning Feb 2023, your paid ticket will not include lounge access. The cost of your ticket will of course not be adjusted to reflect the removed benefit.

Currently it looks and feels pretty run down and beat up. Interestingly they've clearly done a remodel in the past 10 years or so because the bathroom has a totally different vibe than the rest of the place - I wish they had kept the old vibe, the bathroom is bright, clean, and modern - while the rest of the place is going for a "cozy" vibe I think, but it just doesn't hit. I'm looking forward to seeing what the remodel/extension turns out to be and hopefully improving my rating. This time through they did have cookies and chips alongside the small soup bar which was an improvement as last time they only had some odd soups and pastas which I wasn't into.

You can only get pre-brewed drip coffee here. I went during lunch. There is a choice of two salads: kale based and spring mix based. If you're feeling a little bit indulgent, potato chips and dip are available as is chocolate pudding. There are also the requisite chocolate chip cookies. Large picture windows reveal airplane hangers and Mt. Rainer in the background. The lighting is much better than the other lounge. It's a decent sized lounge, and the seats are comfortable. They have big picture windows that look out onto the tarmac. The food selection was OK. It was breakfast time, and they had mini omelettes,(filled with the pre-processed cheese stuff, but they still tasted OK): they had pancakes, which were good, and then they had things such as cereal yogurt, yogurt, parfaits, bagels, fruit, muffins, etc. juice, coffee, Nothing fancy, but decent. There were a few glitches. They have charging, but the charging ports are at the very bottom almost underneath the chairs. Kind of hard to get to, especially if you have a bad back. I just waited until I got onto the plane to charge my gear. Fortunately, the plane had chargers that worked. I wanted a latte, but the espresso machine was broken. . They have a full bar. I asked the bartender to make me a virgin bloody Mary, and it was very good. But when I went back, it was the same bartender, I asked him for another virgin, bloody Mary, one sip, and this time, I could tell that he had inadvertently put alcohol into it. No bueno. Please be more careful. I took it back and switched out to a soda instead. Probably the biggest detail, was that the showers weren't working. I really wanted to freshen up, I had just flown in from Sacramento, (and boy, were my arms tired... :) and I was getting ready to get. Onto my next flight, which was a 12 hour flight. Nope. The showers were down also. That's a big thing that they advertise in this club. Why not fix them at night time when the club is closed? I I was fortunate to get a shower when I got to my next destination, because after my 12 hour flight, I had one more five hour flight on to my final destination. Overall, it's a good club. I would stop here again, and hopefully the next time, they will have the glitches worked out. Thanks.

I got here a little early for a morning flight, and the lounge was fairly empty and quiet. In the center of the lounge, there is a bar where you can order drinks and they will also make you specialty coffees as well. There are also two automated specialty coffee machines in the other side of the lounge where you can get a latte or mocha of your choosing. Probably the most amazing part of this lounge is that it looks towards the main runway, and you can sit and watch aircraft takeoff, and land from a very comfortable seat. There was lots of food options, but I didn't want to overload too much so I opted for yogurt and granola just to hold me over. The seating options are plentiful from cafeteria type of seating with tables to eat and large lounge chairs to just sit back, relax and watch through the floor to ceiling windows. Bathrooms are inadequate for the amount of people in here, longer lines for the lounge bathroom than for the airport bathrooms. Food is still just as bad as ever. Basic slop you'd find at at Motel 6 free breakfast. How is it that the food here is WAY WORSE than the food they give ON THE PLANE? Mind-boggling. A fruit and cheese platter is better than any food I've had in my 50+ visits here. Worth coming in if you have a lounge membership from Titanium status or if you are flying FC. I would NEVER recommend buying a day pass to this shit-show though, your money would be much better spent elsewhere in the airport.
