I recently flew Business Class on a long-haul international route, and I can honestly say the experience started well before the aircraft left the ground. The difference became obvious the moment I arrived at the airport. Instead of standing in a crowded check-in line, I was directed to the dedicated Business Class counter where everything was completed in just a few minutes. The staff were friendly, explained the baggage process clearly, and handed over my boarding pass without any delays. It immediately removed the stress that usually comes with international travel. After clearing security, I spent some time in the Business Class lounge. The lounge wasn't overly crowded, which made it easy to find a comfortable seat near the windows overlooking the runway. I grabbed a freshly prepared breakfast, enjoyed a good cup of coffee, and caught up on a few work emails using the complimentary Wi-Fi. There were plenty of charging points, clean restrooms, and quiet areas where people could either work or simply relax before boarding. It honestly felt more like spending time in a hotel lobby than waiting for a flight. Boarding started right on schedule, and Business Class passengers were invited onboard first. I appreciated not having to wait in a long line while everyone tried to fit luggage into the overhead bins. As soon as I entered the cabin, one of the flight attendants welcomed me with a smile, showed me to my seat, and offered a welcome drink before departure. The cabin itself felt calm, spacious, and noticeably quieter than Economy. The seat was one of the biggest highlights of the flight. There was plenty of legroom, a large entertainment screen, multiple storage compartments, USB charging ports, and enough space to keep my laptop, headphones, and personal belongings within easy reach. Once we reached cruising altitude, I spent some time watching movies before deciding to catch up on work. Having enough personal space made a huge difference because I never felt cramped or uncomfortable. The meal service exceeded my expectations. Everything was presented neatly, and the quality was surprisingly good for airline food. I enjoyed a well-cooked main course followed by dessert and coffee. Throughout the flight, the cabin crew frequently walked through the aisle, offering drinks and checking whether anyone needed anything, but they never interrupted passengers unnecessarily. A few hours later, I converted the seat into a fully flat bed and managed to get several hours of uninterrupted sleep. Usually I arrive feeling tired after overnight flights, but this time I actually felt refreshed when we landed. After arrival, my suitcase appeared among the first bags on the carousel, allowing me to leave the airport much sooner than I expected. Looking back, the biggest difference wasn't just the larger seat or better food. It was how relaxed the entire journey felt from beginning to end. Every step seemed well organized, and I arrived at my destination rested instead of exhausted. It was one of the most comfortable flights I've experienced, and I would definitely choose Business Class again for another long-haul trip. read more

The booking process was simple enough that I completed everything in less than fifteen minutes. Choosing seats, adding baggage, and reviewing the fare details were all straightforward. I appreciated that there weren't any confusing steps or unexpected charges during checkout. The confirmation email arrived almost immediately and included everything we needed, including our booking reference, baggage allowance, and check-in instructions. Since we were traveling with children, having all the information organized in one place made preparing for the trip much easier. ## *Check-In Was Better Than I Expected* We reached the airport around two hours before departure. Even though there was a decent crowd, the check-in line kept moving steadily. The airline staff were polite and handled passengers patiently without making anyone feel rushed. They even helped answer a couple of questions regarding our baggage and boarding gate. Security took a little time because the airport was busy, but once we finished, we still had enough time to grab some snacks before boarding. Boarding itself started almost exactly on schedule. Families with children were invited first, which made things much more comfortable for us. ## *A Pleasant Flight with Friendly Cabin Crew* The aircraft looked clean and well maintained. Our seats weren't luxurious, but they were perfectly comfortable for the two-and-a-half-hour journey. There was enough space to sit comfortably, and everything around us appeared neat. The cabin crew made a positive impression throughout the flight. They greeted everyone warmly, explained the safety instructions clearly, and remained friendly whenever passengers requested assistance. Refreshments were served without much delay, and the crew regularly walked through the cabin checking if anyone needed help. One thing I appreciated was that the announcements were clear and informative. The captain kept passengers updated about the weather and expected arrival time, which made the journey feel well managed. ## *A Comfortable Arrival* We landed almost on time, and getting off the aircraft was organized without unnecessary waiting. Our baggage arrived within about twenty minutes, which was faster than I expected considering how busy the airport was. Overall, this turned out to be a very pleasant family trip. Everything from booking the tickets to leaving the airport at our destination felt organized and stress-free. Nothing extraordinary happened, but sometimes that's exactly what makes a flight enjoyable. I would definitely consider flying with this airline again for future family vacations. read more

The booking process was simple and only took a few minutes. Everything from baggage policies to seat selection was clearly explained, and I received my confirmation almost immediately. Checking in online the night before made things even easier, allowing me to head straight to baggage drop when I arrived at the airport. ## *A Calm Start Before Sunrise* Since my flight departed before sunrise, the airport had a completely different atmosphere compared to the usual daytime rush. It was surprisingly peaceful, and although there were plenty of travelers, everything felt quieter and more relaxed. The check-in staff were cheerful despite the early hour, and boarding started exactly when announced. Passengers boarded efficiently, and within a short time we were taxiing toward the runway. ## *A View I'll Never Forget* Just a few minutes after takeoff, the aircraft climbed above the clouds, and the sun slowly started appearing on the horizon. The sky changed from deep blue to shades of orange, pink, and gold within minutes. Almost everyone sitting near the windows quietly looked outside, and even the cabin crew smiled as they noticed passengers taking photos. It turned out to be one of the most beautiful sunrises I've ever seen. I actually forgot about my phone for a while and simply enjoyed the view. The flight itself remained smooth, the cabin was clean, and the crew continued providing friendly service throughout the journey. Refreshments were served on time, and the captain pointed out the clear weather conditions as we continued toward our destination. ## *A Journey I'll Remember for More Than Just the Destination* We landed right on schedule, and baggage collection was completed without any problems. While my trip itself was enjoyable, the flight unexpectedly became one of my favorite parts of the entire experience. Sometimes it's not the biggest things that make a journey memorable. A peaceful airport, a comfortable flight, genuinely friendly staff, and watching the sunrise from above the clouds turned an ordinary trip into one I'll remember for a very long time. I'd happily choose an early morning flight with this airline again. read more

This (toll-free) number is open 24 hours for flight reservations, ticket changes, cancellations, baggage inquiries, refund requests, modifications, and other travel-related requirements. As an Emerald member with the oneworld alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner airlines. That changed with Royal Jordanian. I paid $140 for two seats that were clearly shown as a two seat row. When my wife and I boarded, we discovered the row actually had three seats. No one pays extra for a middle seat -- ever. My seat number was k6 and the seat has no cushion whatsoever, I had to stack pillows and blanket to prevent back pain Most incompetent company I've had to deal with. Called someone in Detroit to get information about the plane and flight, he gives me another number to call I believe it was in Chicago. I call that number, another person tells me we don't handle this, you have to call another number. Called that number, that person gave me the original Detroit number. I called Detroit back, another person answers and gives me the information I was asking to begin with. Not done yet. I finally check in and get on the plane, plane was gorgeous and flight attendants for most part were very hard working. Half the people on this flight were idiots, loud, arrogant, dirty and bathrooms even after a couple hours in flight were dirty, urine on the floor, clogged up sinks. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Like a fourth world country on a top of the line plane. I will never ever fly Royal Jordanian again!!!! Would rather pay twice as much and get to Amman in 3 days then fly this airline. Rather take any other airline that go through that hell AgaiN. read more

This was my first, and will be my last, time flying this airline. They are the only "major" airline I know that has no TV screens to plug into on their jets. My wife and I flew round trip to Alaska (from Florida) for a cruise and flew first class. Fortunately, I brought noise-canceling headphones, but my wife did not. I could watch movies with a Bluetooth connection. on my iPad. They charge $8 per day for full online connections, which allow you to do email, text messages, and I assume surf the Web. That was $8 EVEN though I spent thousands for a first-class seat with points and cash. There were only 16 FC seats. Is the company that desperate for another $128?! Three of the four flights were on time. The fourth was two hours late leaving Seattle for Tampa. We were told it was due to an issue with the life vests. Right? And the dog ate my homework too. Over 200 people were sent scurrying between terminals and gates twice due to faulty information that a new plane was to be used. Once on board the original plane, the pilot told us the issue was with the flight data recorder (ultimately fixed). Why didn't they tell us the truth? We would all have understood. Classless and confusing, with incoherent leadership and supervisors. It was a true clown show. read more

Almost ruined our once in a lifetime trip to Hawaii. Hours before our flight they cancelled out it due to mechanical issues and refused any form of compensation. We had to spend thousands out of pocket to schedule our flight on a different airline. We tried multiple times to get in touch with customer support taking over five hours on hold. Would I ever fly them again? No way. Customer service is not their concern. read more
