    Delta is the king of the airways I my opinion. Let's be honest in most cases flying is not much fun anymore... it is a hassle from the getting up early to the security line, to the waiting, to the boarding process. There is just not a lot of fun in it anymore. But delta does it better than most... Have there been issues in some of the many flights I have taken over the years... sure but I'd venture to say it was a very small portion of the hundreds of flights I've taken. Generally delta has it going on and manages the drudgery of flying better than most.

    I fly a lot. With this airline at this airport is hard. There was no direction on where to go or what to do and the attendants didn't take the initiative to help. Customers were infuriated. ::Deep Sigh::

    I love Delta. They fly EVERYWHERE... Well that's not really true; but for the most part, they do. I mean they fly waaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy more places than some of the other airlines & I will say, their service is consistent. That being said, once you know the rules, hello a personal item & a carry-on, it's all good after that. Kudos to Delta for their care for the elderly & disabled. My granny was flying alone and they took care of her from the TSA checkpoint until her final destination; this SPEAKS VOLUMES for an airline. Especially in the days of mo' money mo' money... So glad to see an airline honor & pay homage to the real trailblazers... Our seniors, where would we be without them?!?!?! When flying Delta, I find the flights to be economical in price and thankfully they don't play any of that "economy flight = less bag space" foolishness. Buying ahead of time is the game to ensure tickets are withn your price point; also I find flying mid week is great as well. Love the on-board snacks... Great way to tide over those minor, recently turned major hunger pangs!!! When travel needs arise, DELTA is my go-to!!! See ya in the clouds!!!!

    We are on a flight from New Orleans to LAX and all of the Delta comfort seets were blocked off from being purchased like they were full. When we got on the plane there were tons of rows open and I asked to buy a seat and Nelly the flight attendant became extremely condescending with me and some other passengers. Her whole goal was to put people in thier place and not trying to provide any answers. Zero costomer service. We travel extensively for work and I think that she is just unhappy and washed up but still no excuse. At any rate we were told we could exit the plane and try to buy one of the million open seats at desk but they joked that we might get left. At any rate we are all squished in a few rows while all these seats were empty. We would of bought an upgrade days in advance if it were available on the app. Oh....also the air conditioner is not working well so the pilot said bare with us. What a joke.

    Worst airline EVER !!…read more Me and 3 others were supposed to fly out of New Orleans march 16th at 5:10am .. We got there at 2am ... they didn't open their ticket counter / baggage counter till 3:45am Not only that but they admitted they were short staffed and had all 5 lines converge into a single line in the middle which made it take 3x longer to get our bags dropped and get to TSA . Also I had pre requested wheel chair help because I was injured and couldn't walk at the time . The clerk at the counter told me . And this is an exact quote " sorry where short staffed today , we have too many call out s , your gonna have to deal with it your self " which they legally have to provide wheel chair assistance .. Well long story short we didn't get to the ticket counter because of their short staffing till right before 5am ... then through tsa and the flight had already taken off .. Their best option was to rebook us on another flight. The next day in the afternoon and we wouldn't arrive till almost midnight ... over 32 hours AFTER we were supposed to already be there ... this would leave just 1 full day for our small vacation so we said no thank you .. give us our refund because that is not acceptable .. But it was their short staffing that caused this issue in the first place . So I emailed them and requested they cover the cost of our non refundable Airbnb because this was caused by what the even consider Controllable issues . They could have atleast offered what they give to those who need to be bumped to another flight considering this was their fault . Which is $2150 per person . But they basically told us to deal with it and accept that they ain't doing jack sh*t for us , they are the absolute worst Not to mention the wheelchair assistance issue . My suggestion is to NEVER fly Southwest Airlines,.. they are terrible and have garbage customer service !!!!

In reality, nothing has been done. No updates. No refund. No resolution. Just a constant runaround. This is exactly why your ratings are low and why customers are walking away -- you stop valuing people the moment you take their money. Remember, you're a customer somewhere too. Ask yourself how you would feel if your concerns were ignored and brushed aside like this. Let this be a warning to future travelers, especially those with disabilities: do not spend your money with this airline. They will take your payment, send automated emails pretending they're addressing your issue, then try to pacify you with a $15 credit toward your "next experience" -- essentially inviting you to be mistreated and overcharged all over again.

    Cheap flight. Very basic. All of that is fine. My problem was with security checking my carry on…read moreluggage. After going through the scanner, they went through my carry on bag. No words were spoken to me about what they were doing, or what I was supposed to do. The man went through my bag, walked away with it, not a word, to indicate why I was supposed to do next. I stood they waiting, unsure of what I'm supposed to do. The next thing I know , I see my bag back on the conveyor belt scanner. Lid closed but not zipped. I asked , is that my bag , and can I take it now. The response was, are you the one with the Cpap machine? To which I responded yes. She nodded yes. I zipped the bag closed and borded the plane. When I got home to Canada and unpacked. My Cpap machine was not in my bag. I need it to breathe while I sleep. Unable to get ahold of anyone the next day. The family member I was visiting had to drive to the airport to retrieve my Cpap machine. now it's being held by fedex. I'm going on almost a week without it. Waking up exhausted and with a sore throat, and having to go to work full time. All the security team had to do was communicate to me clearly. I don't even know what I'm suppose to do next. I'll probably have to buy a new one. Thanks a lot Allegiant air and the bellingham airport. I hope I make it through the week so I can continue to provide for my family. I think I'll drive the 30 something hours next time. Probably more safe.

My seat number was k6 and the seat has no cushion whatsoever, I had to stack pillows and blanket to prevent back pain Most incompetent company I've had to deal with. Called someone in Detroit to get information about the plane and flight, he gives me another number to call I believe it was in Chicago. I call that number, another person tells me we don't handle this, you have to call another number. Called that number, that person gave me the original Detroit number. I called Detroit back, another person answers and gives me the information I was asking to begin with. Not done yet. I finally check in and get on the plane, plane was gorgeous and flight attendants for most part were very hard working. Half the people on this flight were idiots, loud, arrogant, dirty and bathrooms even after a couple hours in flight were dirty, urine on the floor, clogged up sinks. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Like a fourth world country on a top of the line plane. I will never ever fly Royal Jordanian again!!!! Would rather pay twice as much and get to Amman in 3 days then fly this airline. Rather take any other airline that go through that hell AgAiN.
