Called to ask what was going on at around 1, they said they'll be here in 10 minutes. At 2:39, they called back and they said they had gone to the wrong house. (After we emailed them our full address) So we rescheduled for a week later, 9 am. Nobody shows up. We get a text at 9:19 saying the appointment will be at 11:30-12:00. With NO explanation, we asked why and they said one of the people were sick so they had to call in a back up. Okay fine, we'll take it. But again 12:00 comes along, and NOBODY COMES. Called them multiple times, and they said they can't reach the people coming. Finally at 1:30, we've had enough. We've rescheduled 3 times, and they were one and a half hours late. So we cancel the appointment. Tl;dr : DON'T BE LIKE US, FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO CLEAN YOUR HOUSE. THESE PEOPLE DON'T SHOW UP

I had a Tesla 48A Wall Charger installed by J Electric and couldn't be happier with the experience…read more Jerry handled the installation and did an amazing job. From the start, Jerry was extremely responsive and communicative when I reached out for a quote. His pricing was also very good and fair, and he was honest and upfront about what I could expect, which I really appreciated. On installation day, he showed up exactly when he said he would and completely exceeded my expectations. It was clear he wasn't just there to install the charger and leave -- he genuinely cared about making sure the job was done properly. At one point I asked him to install it a certain way, but he explained why that wouldn't be ideal and chose to do it the correct way instead. I really respected that he prioritized doing the job right over simply doing what was easiest. While looking at my electrical panel, he also pointed out a few things that might be worth addressing in the future from previous work done by other electricians. He didn't charge anything for the advice and just wanted to help me stay informed as a homeowner. It's hard to find someone who takes this much pride in their work. On top of that, Jerry is a genuinely nice guy who's easy to talk to. I would 1000% recommend Jerry and J Electric to anyone looking for a reliable electrician.
