Then two weeks before the wedding, I realized we needed more space, and he was wonderful with helping me make an additional reservation. They were prompt at each pick up and drop off time. Came to my rescue with lots of cold bottled water (super important during a wedding as everyone seems to be dying of thirst), had plenty of beer for the wedding party to party with as we made our way to our destinations, and finally had a red carpet champagne toast that was super cool for pictures. Next day I was told the driver's name, license plate number and phone number, time of arrival. The driver was neatly dressed,polite and friendly. The vehicle was very clean inside and out. Zach,the driver,drove very well. Offered bottle water and asked if we were comfortable with temperature in the vehicle. When we arrived at the airport made sure luggage and we were all set. Used same service on return trip. Same notification day before and day of. This time Larsen was the driver met me inside at baggage claim. Again neatly dressed, friendly and polite. I showed him the wrong suitcase, didn't realize. Vehicle again clean inside and out. We were about 20 minutes out,when airport called me and informed me I had wrong suitcase. Larsen without a complaint turned around and went back to the airport. Totally helpful getting wrong piece in baggage claim and picking up mine . Again never complained instead we both laughed about it. I feel prices quoted were fair and the service was excellent I definitely would use them again and highly recommend them for your next trip. To be honest it was still a little expensive considering they were driving from Wilmette to Northfield to Glencoe, but less than the other: $840 for a 3 hour minimum for a party bus of 28. We also didn't need it for the entire 3 hours, but the options I found were either one way or 3-4 hour minimums so this was the best deal. I found their communication to be stellar both via email and text. The bus driver was on time and the kids had no trouble locating the party bus when they came out of the dance and I've heard it was one of many party busses. A few of my daughter's friends hopped on for the way home and commented that this bus was way nicer than the one they took to the dance from another company. Overall, it was a success. The parents could have easily driven these kids ourselves, but the party bus elevated the experience and the kids all seemed to enjoy the VIP treatment.

Instead, the drivers insisted the buses needed to return to their start location half an hour earlier than the contracted time because they failed to leave a buffer before the next reservation. Drivers did not seem knowledgeable about the routes, and even went to the wrong location at one point, refusing to listen to the passengers who pointed out their error. Another bus dropped passengers off in the wrong location, though luckily only a few blocks away. Overall, 312 Limo was incredibly disorganized and unprofessional! Absolutely wild response from Dan! Yes, it was 312 Limo, and you personally spoke to people from my group when the wrong buses arrived and during the later mishaps.
