But after a while, I noticed the staff and Dr. Becker became increasingly passive aggressive and rude. When I was getting work done on my teeth, I didn't feel he was patient or empathetic with me. I didn't enjoy going here after a year or so. That's why I don't go back. We were also informed that our dental plan was accepted, only later being informed it was not accepted, leaving us with a huge bill. That was a major error in communication.

I really connected with a couple of ladies and then they were gone. Then a couple more left. Odd.... I really liked the original staff that he had when I started. Every time I had a visit I was told I needed more work. He said I absolutely needed to replace my crowns. So I did. That was thousands. He tried very hard to convince me to do cosmetic work. He actually bullied me. I finally told him in no uncertain terms it was not going to happen. He did get away with "showing me" what it would be like and charging me for the pictures and X-rays to provide that scenario. I felt that was the last straw so I paid and decided to look for another dentist. Unfortunately it took Thousands of dollars for me to figure it out. I made a appt with my friends dentist.. I did not tell him anything about Dr.William Becker DDS. . He did a full work up and found there was no work to be done. I then told him my story. He showed me the xrays so I could see my for myself. Nothing, nothing. How could that be? His wife did regular Business with me. She seemed like a honest person. I was always honest and fair with my dealings with her. I never expected something like this. As we know, u can't see what they see. Even when they show u the X-ray you do not see it the same way. The new dentist called for my records.. they refused. Well Mrs. Dr. William Becker refused. I was really surprised. I never saw this coming. I would give a rating of negative stars but it's not possible. I hope people read this and are very leery.
