However, over the past year I've experienced repeated price increases for grooming two dogs under 20 pounds, totaling about $250 including tips. Each increase came with a different explanation--inflation, weekend pricing, or being busy--which felt excessive. At this point, it feels less about rising costs and more about the owner being greedy with pricing. This is disappointing because the groomers themselves do excellent work, but the constant increases have made it unaffordable for me. I can find other groomers who charge around $180 including tips on a Saturday. So long, good people of Mutz & Kutz.

Then we got referred to this groomer and wow what a drastic change of the quality of work our boy got from here. He is a big pyrenee so he would shed like crazy. Whenever we get him back after the treatment we always notice the difference. That alone would be worth every penny we gave them. Oh and they bath him well every time he's there so he would smell like fresh soap when we get him back. Sometimes when we can't immediately pick him up, Tracy would even let him play with her dog to kill his boredom and of course my boy always return happily . Then in the middle of grooming my dog she came up to the house smoking a cigarette and said the truck ran out of water and she asked to bathe my dog in my house... I can bathe my own dog in my house and I would have if I knew this was the service they were providing. The bath itself was hardly 5 minutes long. Idk how she shampooed and conditioned my dog in that time. I asked for a discount and she said she didnt charge me a "sanitation fee" but the bill was still $175. I emailed the company complaining and still haven't heard back. Don't ever use them! Not worth it at all.
