Aladdin is a hidden gem in the N Ft Worth/Keller area. Located in the strip mall at the NE corner of Kroger Rd and Ray White directly across from Keller Central HS, this is a cozy, intimate restaurant with amazing food. This place is one of the best Greek restaurants around (if not in the DFW metro area). They have flaming saganaki served table side, among their appetizers. It's amazing! The appetizers we tend to order the most are fried cauliflower and the baba ghanoush. My husband tends to get the vegetarian plate and I stick with a gyro plate. The potatoes are to die for I am not necessarily what would you call a potato person but they are delicious. The service is fantastic and a family run business. I cannot believe that I haven't reviewed this hidden gem. We live around the corner and have come here no less than a dozen times over the last few years. It's very convenient and always clean inside. It is most definitely a family run business. They all have big smiles and so friendly every time we come in here. Don't get in a hurry because it's not fast food. However, we never wait too long at all. We always start with their amazing hummus and pita bread. The pita bread is very fresh and always hot. Almost to a point that you can't hold it too long. The hummus is a generous portion and SOOOO good. Tonight I had the gyro with their fries. My wife had the chicken kabob. They don't scrimp on portions and the meat is delicious! I could eat this every single day of my life. Even their fries are crispy and tasty. My wife loved her chicken kabob, as usual. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem! Right across the street from the high school in a small strip mall center. It's one of those places that you drive by and see, but don't really SEE if you're not looking. I'm writing this review after my husband and I have dined here now multiple times. We have sat inside the restaurant as well as have done takeout. We've always had great service when we dined in and the staff are very friendly. We love our food each time! We usually order the hummus dip as an appetizer and it's very good! Warm pita bread to go with it- delish! For our entrees, I always order the gyro plate and my husband alternates between the chicken gyro wrap and the schwarma wrap. For the gyro plate, I find the price to be fair for what you get (it's quite a lot of food honestly, I can never finish it all in one sitting). I usually add on a side of lemon soup too; so good! Delicious food, and great service. We had hummus and dolmades in lemon sauce for our appetizer. My mom had the soup, and Dad and I shared the chicken shawarma plate with the green beans. Adding a five-star review to certain businesses is almost redundant, like the last refrain of "Hey, Jude", or the final scene of Return Of The King. Once greatness is achieved, all that's left is just concurrence. Even so, I'm compelled to write because DAYUMMM, Aladdin demands it. I first had Avgolemono at a local Greek cafe in a suburb of Denver, tucked away in the shadow of Swiss Medical Center with the mundane name of Athens II. I never found any as good as there. Until Aladdin. Where else do lemon, chicken and dill come together to produce hearty, warm perfection? It's absolutely addicting. Aladdin is easy to miss. And we "meant" to try it for 3-4 months before getting around to it. Don't make our mistake. The Shawarma is smooth and robust. Saffron rice should melt a little, especially with a touch of Tzatziki and Shawarma mixed in. Aladdin's practically flows over the palate. We tried the Saganaki Opa, a flambéed cheese appetizer ignited by the owner at table-side. It was rich and delightful, as was he. Speaking of the owner, I made the mistake of discarding my receipt for an expensable meal here and he was kind enough to find and reprint the receipt for me a week later. I could not resist ordering a large Avgolemono when I came to pick it up. We brought some friends here the following week and they fell in love. Outdoor seating is social-distanced, features a fountain, and is nicely shielded from wind. We brought a bottle of wine and enjoyed a couple of hours of comfortable seating, great food and personable service. The inside is unremarkable, but provides plenty of room to keep tables separate from each other. Aladdin is so highly recommended you need to move it to the top of your to-try list! read more

My fiancé loves Mediterranean food, we search for a nearby place as we were going to a birthday party. The restaurant was very clean, nice quiet atmosphere, no over bearing music, the service was very good. The dishes we order were fantastic, the jasmine rice and the beef were superb. This place is right off IH35 which makes accessible going or coming as we live north of FW. Highly recommend and definitely will return! read more

I cannot remember the young lady's name that I spoke with this afternoon but she was so helpful and so pleasant. I think she may have been the one who brought my order out curbside but I'm not 100% sure. Before ordering I called to see if curbside was an option, she was just really nice and let me know it was an option and how to go about doing so. I placed my online order and went to pick it up. The young lady who brought it out & bagged up my soup so it wouldn't be a mess by the time I got home. I appreciated that so much. I ordered the Vegetarian plate & the lentil soup. At the time, food tasted well enough. It wasn't until 30 or so minutes after we left, that my wife and felt like we were "high". I tried to explain it away by googling foods that could've caused the feeling, but could not get over my fear. As an appetizer, we had hummus and fluffy warm pita! It was a great choice, but there were so many other appetizers I would have loved to try! My fiancé had the gyro plate with rice and potatoes for dinner. I'm not a huge rice person, but I do like potatoes. I don't think I had ever had Greek potatoes so I thought they had an interesting flavor. I can't decide whether I liked them or not, based on the small bite I had. The potatoes were cooked well. I can say that for certain. I had the lunch gyro wrap (you can order from the lunch menu all day). The wrap was absolutely stuffed with gyro meat and included onions and tomatoes, with tzatziki sauce. The meat was wonderful and the entire wrap was great. The plate came with french fries or rice. I ordered french fries. They were crinkle cut fries and quite good, but I had just had too much and couldn't finish them. The waitress told us her boss was in a good mood so she offered us each a piece of baklava. I don't know where I found the room to eat it, but somehow I did! read more

This is by far the most delicious of all I have had. My daughter agreed.
