I came on grand-opening day, where you can get their Beef Sandwich ($11.99) or Chicken Sandwich ($11.99) for only $2.99, maximum 3 per order. I ordered one beef and two chicken. The customer service was good. I ate part of the Beef Sandwich. The beef was so juicy! The bread was soft on the top and toasted on the bottom. They were extremely busy, even in the middle of the afternoon! I placed my order at 14:58, which order #295; they will call my number when ready. I finally received my order at 16:10! Why so long? They were serving only orders at the same time. Parking was hard to get because the strip mall parking lot cannot handle the high number of customers. There are many tables, which a maximum capacity of 40. There is Turkish instrumental music playing in the background. The temperature outside was 2C. They didn't seem to have any heat turned on. It was a great deal but I ended up with two sloppily made sandwiches. I got two chicken and one beef doner sandwiches. I was immediately disappointed with the beef because it was missing tomatoes and sauce. And one chicken sandwich was missing tomatoes and sauce also. Thankfully the third sandwich (chicken) had all the ingredients. It was very delicious, chicken was juicy, a flavourful sauce and the fresh bread was amazing. But I couldn't eat the other two sandwiches without any sauce or tomatoes and didn't want ask the server for some because there was a huge line-up. But also I didn't appreciate the server because I had asked him what kind of bread they were using since it looked so unique and he gave a snarky response and just said, "It's bread." It doesn't quite look like it does in the menu picture but it was really good. The beef strips were well seasoned and tender. The yogurt complimented the beef very well and the chips added good texture. I would definitely recommend giving it a try.
