For our wedding, we worked with Pam and Gayle to find the best combination of buttercream and cake, and it was so hard to choose, we got two separate cakes! Their gluten free cake is also unlike anything I've tasted before -- we almost skipped the wheat flour cakes because the GF option was so moist and flavorful.
