Amazing little spot right in Piazza Erbe in Verona. Sitting outside had some of the best people watching.
Our waiter Fabio was wonderful. We had fun trying our best ordering in Italian, but he gave us all the details we needed in English.
We ordered the Prosciutto Crudo con Melon for our appetizer. The flavor combination was delightful. The melon and meat were both very fresh and light.
I ordered the Salmone Special of the day. It was cooked perfectly, lightly seared then baked.
My brother ordered the Duck Gnocchi, the meat was cooked so it almost melted in your mouth and the Gnocchi was spot on.
My fiancé had the Tagliatelle alla carbonara. The noodles were cooked al dente and the pancetta was very flavorful. She loved the dish.
For dessert we had house made gelato with a white chocolate crust drizzled with dark chocolate. Very tasty was to finish the dinner.
