All of my appointments have been in the afternoon, and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. They stay on schedule and on time. The people downstairs who check you in have always been friendly and all smiles. They make me feel very comfortable. Every tech for every procedure has been professional while still being friendly at the same time. Again, I've always been made to feel very comfortable. The techs are very knowledgeable and explain everything they are doing. They are more than willing to answer any and all questions you may have. My most recent visit was just last week for an MRI. My doctor originally wrote my orders to go somewhere else, but I asked him to please rewrite the orders for Baptist Imaging and he gladly did so. I just can't see myself going anywhere other than here for any type of diagnostic imaging unless I have a doctor who absolutely insists I go somewhere else. In addition to the entire staff here being nothing less than wonderful, it's very clean with a welcoming environment and nice decor.

Definitely don't plan this during your lunch break unless you're prepared to be gone much longer than expected. If your doctor refers you there, I would strongly encourage you to ask for another option. There are other imaging centers that respect appointment times and their patients' schedules. This was an extremely frustrating experience and a clear disregard for people's time.

The front staff and techs all have taken care of me like no other. Kayla, Emily (both Emily's), and Lisa are all so friendly, warm, understanding and always puts the patients first. The facility is always super clean, modern, and upon walking in, I feel at ease. I always get super anxious doing my MRIs and everyone here makes you feel so comfortable and always attend to all of your needs. I feel super happy every time I leave the facility. My appointments are always on time. If you miss your appointment or late, they try their best to work with you and your schedule. Sometimes, there might be a wait (mostly my fault for being tardy lol) but it doesn't bother me at all. I understand as I've been to many appointments to treat my tumefactive multiple sclerosis, that sometimes especially in medical settings, the doctor, tech, nurse, etc. can run behind due to treating another patient, other issues, etc. And that's okay, it happens and you roll with it. At the end of the day, you want a facility that genuinely cares about you and here, they do. Speaking for myself but I've never had a problem with them answering the phones or receiving my reports. They've always came in pretty quick and all I need to do is send them an email to request them or pick up a CD. I plan to come here for as along as they have me! In search for a new dermatology place on my insurance's website, I came across this place not too…read morefar from me. Apparently they moved from Emerson to this new location over my Gate Parkway. It wasn't hard to find as it was near the Brooks YMCA, a place I'd been to before when that had a farmers market in the nearby field. The office is on the first floor and the first set of doors to the right. Walking in, you can either check in with the person at the desk or the kiosk. I used the kiosk and it was very simple to use. I maybe waited less than 5 minutes before heading back. I saw the doctor not long afterwards, Dr. Stephanie Carstens. I really like her and she's very personable. She asked me what was going on with my skin and sat there and listened to EVERYTHING I had to say. I suffer from seborrheic dermatitis and was having a major flair-up that I couldn't get under control . I let her know that I didn't want Hydrocortisone because it can't be used long term and she agreed with me. She examined my skin and scalp and prescribed an ointment, an overnight solution, and a shampoo which so far appears to be working even though it's only been a few days. She reminded me that there was no cure but now I have a regimen for flare-ups. She said she'd see me again in a year to see how I'm doing and I left feeling very optimistic. I think I found a great dermatologist.

The front staff was extremely friendly and informative although the wait time was anything but pleasant. After waiting about an hour and a half after my appointment time I was called in to the exam rooms. The nurse was very nice and after discussing what my concerns were the doctor came in. Dr. Robins talked to me for about 10 minutes then he was out the door. I felt very rushed and still didn't know exactly what was wrong with me. The whole visit from entering the exam room to leaving the front door took less than half an hour. I was originally prescribed a cream that would be sent to my pharmacy within the next couple of hours. The next day I still heard no update on my prescription from my pharmacy. Two days later I stopped by my local pharmacy to hear that I had no active prescriptions under my name. I called the doctors office and left a voicemail concerned about my prescription. This voicemail took four days to get a call back and turned out the prescription was never sent. Waited another day and still no update from my pharmacy. After stopping again, a week after my appointment, I was informed by my pharmacist that the prescription was waiting for insurance approval and the co-pay for the cream would be over $600. Even the pharmacist had no idea why Dr. robins prescribed me this specific medication after telling me that they were many other cheaper alternatives. I found a $600 cream completely crazy for the small rash I had. I still have no medication for my small rash and the appointment itself felt like a waste of time. I've heard good things about this office so I was disappointed to have such a bad experience.

They had others scheduled at the same time but they were in and out of there pretty quick. I just needed a blood draw to check my numbers and the phlebotomist stuck me in my arm perfectly in spot that others struggle to find a vein. That's amazing. I was out of there in record time.
