My therapist has been Christina, who I've found to be professional, informative, and friendly to work with. I've had to bring two small children with me to my appointments for therapy--less than ideal! However, all clinicians at Monticello have been so wonderful and helpful with my tiny entourage each time I've had to bring them along. Front desk lady (very nice) was processing my registration and said there is an issue, she proceeded to go to the back and the Tech came over to discuss. I was told I was not released yet for annual's even though they were the ones calling me to make the appt. Of course I'm upset, because I received non-stop calls to make the appt, I even got a call the day before to reconfirm my appt just to drive all the way there to be told they can't see me because the Ultrasound tech needs to be there. I told the very rude Tech that I don't understand why they kept calling me to make the appt, which she decided to reply with "you knew you had to be back here in March and you didn't, do you have a name of the person who was calling you?" Which I don't but I can show all the calls received from Solis. Then she decided it was a good idea to start discussing out loud my medical records & last year diagnosis, which are confidential and a clear violation of HIPPA laws in the lobby and in front of another patient. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and distraught. How you dare to discuss medical confidential information in front of others??? Who gives this Tech the right to do so? Not even once she acknowledge it was their mistake but she decided to release medical information in front of others?? I stand up and said I was leaving and that I need copy of my medical records so I can go somewhere else!! What a freaking joke! You guys are playing with people's life and think it is okay to share out in public their medical records?

The receptionist at registration desk was really a blessing and so polite as well as a great sense of humor made m e relax and needed it. Had to wait about 40 minutes but got there early. The tech came and got me and 7:55 am took me back and explained very well the 3 phase process. Forgot his name but he had the first and last phase. He put in my IV to add the chemicals needed for pictures took me back to waiting room with some water to allow the chemicals to start working to take pictures.​ took me back took pictures then off for phase 2 another room for stress test, this is where I met nurse tech Wendy and she explained the process she would be doing. Made me ready for all the feelings I would be experiencing so the test started once the cardiologist NP arrived the techs pushed the nuclear chemicals for tracing by computer and EKG, she stayed observant noticed my changes in breathing etc. also when done had caffeine and snack to help with the stomach feelings much appreciated then once she got me unhooked she took me back to the first room for the after pictures with the chemicals in me. All in all from the registration to the techs everything was super good well taken care of and well respected and treated well. Thank you to the lady at registration desk and the techs who did my stress test. Kudos to all and definitely 5 stars to you all. Never had a bad experience with this hospital facility.

I was referred to this business and location by my physician for an x-ray. I called ahead of time…read moreto schedule an appointment and was informed they do not make appointments for x-ray visits and it is just walk-ins only. So I came with my infant in a car seat and was told that since I did not bring someone to watch my infant child that I would not be allowed to get an x-ray done. They said their staff would not simply keep eyes on her to make sure someone doesn't steal her! She could sit on the floor, on a counter, in a chair, etc. in their x-ray control room! 1.They do not allow appointments for x-rays. 2.Im exclusively breastfeeding and they are asking me to find a babysitter for an unknown length of time, as there is no telling when they can get me in, during a time of time sensitive feeding for my infant. 3.I called various other imaging centers to see if this is common practice throughout. It is not. In my opinion this is absolutely unacceptable and illogical. This company must be run my men or something...idk! Go to Touchstone, friends!

She was very upfront with the reason for her visit at the time of check-in and was charged $180 to be seen. They did NOTHING for her. She was told that they could not (or would not) write an order for a shoulder MRI. They suggested that she go to Direct Orthopedic Care instead. However, there was no refund of her payment. The front desk person should have been upfront that they do not do outside imaging referrals. Instead, they were too busy collecting her $180... Perhaps patient visits like this pay for the fancy lobby cappuccino machine? If you are experiencing any kind of muscular skeletal pain, don't bother wasting your time or money here...

When we arrived, Sheri, greeted us warmly and escorted us into a very comfortable room where the procedure would take place. Her business, Visions of Love Ultrasound specializes in 3D/4S Ultrasound images. The room where the procedure takes place has a comfortable bed, shelves with plush animals, and monitors all over so that everyone in the room has a clear view. I was impressed at how patient Sheri was and how she masterfully positions both mother and baby so that she is able to get some amazing shots. Sheri takes her time in order to make sure everyone is comfortable and that she gets images everyone is happy with.
