I made a snap decision on a shingle color from a small sample while talking to the TLC rep for ten minutes and have regretted that decision ever since. The TLC rep made no mention of researching the color selection so it is up to the customer to do so. To be fair the roof job went very well. All of the TLC employees were friendly, professional & showed good workmanship. I would recommend TLC to anyone but would caution them on their shingle color selection.

BEWARE! This guy took every dime I received from the insurance company and did about 75G worth of…read morework. After the last 21K I gave him, for a total of 184, he disappeared for 90 days. When he finally showed back up, he had gone behind my back and tried to get 25G more. With that news, I fired him. He never pulled permits, put the wrong color roof on, and the glass block windows are wrong. Left my house without gutters for over a year. He stole my ladder, all the siding that is supposed to be on the house, and then broke into my house and stole all the trim and my gas cans. He was told to set up a time with the police there to gather HIS things. No one will finish the job because there are too many things he did wrong, but mostly because he didn't pull permits. He tiled all the way to the door opening, so there is no space to put trim. The electric outlet is in the way, too. I could write a book! Everyone I have had come look at the house says there is 75g done and 100k to finish, remembering I gave him $184,000. I received a quote to finish the outside for 8000! I paid him 100g for just the outside, and the bank and insurance signed off on that and gave him more money, and it's not done. Paid 100%. We had a contract for inside and outside. The contract included garage doors to be put up but it was not done. That wasn't included in the 8g estimate. If you would like to discuss further or are interested in finishing, give me a call! More than happy to tell you all the truth. 330-956-6324 No text, this is a land line!

For Jenny, he has painted, put new flooring down, replaced siding, replaced light fixtures, created a side door on her garage, cut the drywall and put in a window, and much much more. A few weeks ago I asked for recommendations for a roofing company in a local group. Corey Kanis…read morefrom Landmark Roofing reached out to me. We had him come out and give us an estimate. Of the 5 estimates from different companies we were most impressed with Corey. His estimate was also the best. He and his wife run their company out of their home so the overhead isn't as high as with other companies. Corey was very professional and conscience and one of the things that really impressed us was that he had his own crew. Some of the others hired subcontractors which is ok but we just felt more confident with someone with their own crew. Some of Corey's crew were Amish workers who have such a good reputation as being hard workers. Our roof was put on Thursday and we are so happy with the job they did. The roof looks beautiful and they hauled away every piece of debris and then went over the area with a big magnet to make sure there were no loose nails. You couldn't tell anyone had been here except for the new roof. And because it was supposed to rain later Corey picked up 2 more crew members to make sure they finished in one day before the rain came that evening. I HIGHLY recommend Landmark for any roofing needs if any of our friends or family are looking at putting on a new roof.

The company is owned by Cash and Gina Naftzger and is by far the best company we have ever dealt with when it comes to home repairs and remodeling. The most recent project was a complete new roof installed on our house, additional insulation in the attic, new hangers for all gutters on the house, repair of the concrete on the chimney and some other repairs. As has been the case in the past, the work was exceptional. It was performed on-time, within budget and with great care to insure all work was of the highest quality. Great care was also taken to make sure all areas of our house as well as the surrounding shrubbery and grounds were protected during the construction. When the project was completed, all areas were cleaned in a very professional manner. Cash and Gina are absolutely the best professionals we have ever dealt with when it comes to home repairs and remodeling. They are honest, straight forward and truly care that the homeowner is pleased with the work their company has performed. We intend to work exclusively with Cash and Gina in any home repair and remodeling projects we have in the future and would highly recommend Landmark Construction to anyone who has need for these services. You will be pleased with your decision if you contract with Landmark Construction.
