I am currently working to have management refund $699.95 in membership fees from a cancelled account that their sales girl mislabeled as a 1 month freeze and kept charging for 8 months until my bank called suspecting fraud. They are under new management now, but are seem to be just as sketchy.

I figured it was just me being sensitive -- but later that day, I noticed a red burn mark forming right in the middle of my face. By the next morning, it had started to scab. I called the salon the next day to let them know what happened. They said they would inform the technician who worked on me, but honestly, they didn't seem very concerned about it. There was no apology, no offer to make it right -- just a casual acknowledgment and that was it. This was not the level of care or professionalism I expected. Accidents can happen, but the lack of empathy or accountability made the whole experience worse. I won't be returning.
