I was visiting for the weekend and let the owner know at 6am that I had a work obligation and…read moreneeded to reschedule my appointment to the following morning or for another time later that morning. She informed me that there was no other appointments and I let her know that I would try my best to rearrange my schedule but I would be a little late. She assured me multiple times that "Yes, it is fine. Come into the salon anyway and the lash tech will be able to take you." My appointment was for 9:30am. Both the owner and the lash tech had all my contact information. The owner assured me that the lash tech would call or text me and reach out to me prior to my appointment with her availability so that we could arrange another time. The lash tech never called or texted. The salon had ample time to contact me to inform me that I would not be able be have my service done. Since the lash tech never followed up, I had to only have correspondence with the owner who was away on a trip to Vegas. I was on the phone with the owner as I was walking into the salon to confirm yet again that everything was good to go and that I would be able to have my lashes done. After hanging up with owner and upon entering the lash salon I was greeted very rudely by the lash tech who - instead of just politely asking to reschedule or letting me know the options she would be able to complete in the given time frame - immediately asks me "What's the reason you need your lash's done today?" "Is there a reason?" which was very off putting. I had prepaid already for my Full Volume Lash Set and since I'm visiting only for the weekend I had to order pick up & drop off to the salon. I told her I was visiting and wanted the volume set I had pre-purchased. She told me that she couldn't do anything about it. She kept repeating that she didn't have time and refused my service. The owner had given the lash tech all my contact info at 6am. If that was the case and she knew she couldn't fit me into her schedule she should of had the common courtesy of informing me herself before having me go out of my way to the salon after having to rearrange my schedule to accommodate her. The lash tech never offered to reschedule for another time for the weekend and never offered to refund my prepaid amount while I was in the salon. I had to call the owner yet again while she was away on her trip to have her do a refund, which was very unpleasant and unprofessional. Poor customer service.

WHY did I wait so long?!? I cannot tell you what a difference it has made in my life to have Ann do both my eyebrows and eyeliner. Instead of my own skimpy and graying brows, she has given me a pair of brows that frame and anchor my facial features. I had the brows done first, and lost track of the number of times that someone said, "You look so GOOD! What's different?" In discussion with a new friend, she commented that she had always wanted her brows done, but was afraid that they would look too unnatural. She finished up by saying, "I want my brows to look just like yours!" She was floored when I told her that mine had been done, and even insisted on getting up close and personal to inspect the job. Needless to say, I gave her Ann's card! I waited for the eyeliner about 18 months, and if anything, it has been an even more transformative experience. I have allergies, and my old eyeliner was either irritating my eyes or melting away after only a few hours. Now my eyeliner is perfect, day and night! Ann takes a collaborative approach, ensuring that she knows what your wishes and concerns are, and that you understand her process. She has a light touch and is very aware of your comfort level, checking in frequently to make sure that you are not experiencing pain. Her artist's training, her professionalism and her careful technique work together to assure a beautiful job that will give you years of pleasure! Peg E. read more

Ann is an amazing artist/colorist, so patient and kind, I so look forward to my visits with her. She brought my eyebrows back to life over a year ago, looking so natural that no one knows (until now!). Ann is so very professional, excellent cleanliness and clinical techniques, has many different applications to match your exact needs. Her darling location with soothing music is an oasis, she is always concerned that your are comfortable, explains every touch to your face before proceeding and happily answers all questions. I am so impressed with Ann's expertise that I recently added eyeliner to my permanent makeup....... again, no one has detected as it looks so natural. Now every morning I'm ready to face the world by just washing my face and brushing my hair and out the door. Permanent make up by Ann saves me so much time and effort each morning.....and no touch ups needed during the day or into the evening!! Ann is the pinnacle in Permanent Make Up, she has my greatest respect and highest recommendation. read more

I had my eyeliner and lips done by Ann. They are fabulous. Ann gives such attention to detail and really listens. I don't normally wear make up and I really wanted to enhance what I have The other morning my husband and I are having our morning coffee with one of our daughters. We were talking and laughing and my husband stopped mid laugh and said, "you look so beautiful". I was so pleased and said "Wow, I love that you think so!" Our 14 year old daughter chimed in and said, "It's totally the eyeliner Mom" And she is right! I feel so pretty when I get up in the morning. Not too made up, just a perfect amount to make my eyes POP! My lips are perfect amount of color. Just right for my skin tone. I can not recommend Ann enough! Even if you are make up shy...she will tailor it to your wants! Never in a million years did I think I would ever commit to permanent make up...I am thrilled I did. You owe it to yourself to call for a consultation...best gift I could have ever given myself! read more

I've used Ann in the past for permanent eyeliner and lips. This time I went to see her for micro-channeling and now my skin feels so good! it is smoother and feels tighter. I'm even getting compliments on how good I look. Working with Ann, the treatments themselves were a great experience, as she made sure I felt comfortable, letting me know what she was doing every step of the way. Plus, after the micro-channeling itself, she placed a celluma lamp over my face. Oh my gosh! It was so relaxing. And when she followed that up with a facial mask application, well, it was better than going to a spa. Ann's so nice. She's the best. I only wish I had known about micro-channeling sooner. read more

I have been wanting to give my lips a little boost for a long time. I am also very cautious and squeamish. The fact that I trusted Ann to do this for me says a lot! What I found was that she is the ultimate professional. She has studied and apprenticed to learn her trade thoroughly. Since Ann has done corrections on others' less-than-wonderful permanent make-up applications I knew I was dealing with an artist, not just a technician. She is all about giving you exactly what you want and goes to great lengths to assure that you are 100% happy with the results. I would highly recommend you see Ann before making any decision about permanent make-up. read more

I am so glad I found Ann. She is amazing at color correction. I have had my permanent eyeliner and eyebrows for almost 20 years.
