Nothing was changed after these 2 visits so I've gone to another Dermatologist who has taken care of the matter, as I've been used to. Prompt results! On the first visit Dr. Lupton said I should buy a cream to use on my forehead. It cost $139.00! Naturally it didn't do a thing to help. I asked for my money back and the girl said something like "sorry, that's from the manufacturer and we don't refund". That was BS to me. Needless to say I will never go back.

I was taken to another room by Angie and presented with additional treatments, then encouraged to become an "advertising model" in exchange for a 50% discount on a microneedling package -- $1,800 instead of $3,600. When I explained that I hadn't planned to spend that kind of money, I was pressured to sign up for third-party financing. After I declined, the tone noticeably changed, and I was told that the "deal" would no longer be available later unless I committed on the spot. In the end, I did not receive the advertised lifting treatment at all -- just a standard facial. During the appointment, I was also upsold an additional $30 mask. With that and a 25% tip, I ended up paying $112. I'm sharing this so others are aware: the social media promotion appears to be more of a lead-in for aggressive upselling rather than the actual service being advertised.

She checked, came back, and said, "Okay...I'm sorry, I don't know what to tell you." I asked if the provider could fit me in and she replied, "Oh no, she won't." At that point, I just can't. The issue wasn't the scheduling mistake as things happen ...it was the complete lack of care in how it was handled. No alternative options, no apology beyond a flat "sorry," and no incentive offered to return Anne's make up for the huge inconvenience. Stupidly, I yielded to her "expertise" and allowed her to cut a hole in my arm which turned out to be a freckle...with a higher bill and 4 weeks of healing!!! STILL HAVE A HUGE SCAR months later! She froze a few other precancer areas which I question now as well. She is as other's note rather aggressive and lacking bedside manner. You sort of feel like a piece of meat on the table which I have never experienced before. Only switched docs due to insurance coverage changes but I will return to my previous office and pay cash over this. Trust your gut, get a second opinion and do not agree to procedures that don't feel right.

One was very serious, very abnormal lab result. She removed all of them. She is highly efficient and works quickly.
