She checked, came back, and said, "Okay...I'm sorry, I don't know what to tell you." I asked if the provider could fit me in and she replied, "Oh no, she won't." At that point, I just can't. The issue wasn't the scheduling mistake as things happen ...it was the complete lack of care in how it was handled. No alternative options, no apology beyond a flat "sorry," and no incentive offered to return Anne's make up for the huge inconvenience. Silver lining: I called SkinSpirit down the street and they were AMAZING -- warm, helpful, and got me in last minute. I officially found my new med spa!

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Chasan in January 2024 after researching surgeons for nearly a year. I…read morefound him on Reddit and was initially drawn to his specialization in the "Barbie-style" nose, which is surprisingly hard to find in the U.S. He also had overwhelmingly positive reviews, and I couldn't find any meaningful negative feedback, which gave me a lot of confidence. Since I'm not local, most communication was done by phone and email. His staff was initially very responsive and helpful, and my consultation, though brief, felt aligned. Based on that, I scheduled surgery the same day. Things started to feel off at my in-person pre-op appointment the day before surgery. I expected to meet Dr. Chasan for the first time, but instead was seen only by a nurse who seemed disengaged. The appointment consisted of photos and basic instructions. When I asked if I could meet the doctor, I was told he was unavailable. This made me uneasy, but with surgery the next day and already paid for, I felt I had no choice but to move forward. The morning of surgery, I was brought back and expected to proceed without seeing the surgeon. I had to specifically ask to meet with him before anything began. That conversation was brief but reassuring. We aligned on the aesthetic goals, which gave me some relief. The surgery itself went smoothly, and Dr. Chasan did call me the evening after surgery to check in. I am overall satisfied with my result. However, I do have a slight inverted V, which is concerning, as I worry it may worsen over time and potentially require correction in the future. I'm hopeful that being two years out it won't worsen, however I haven't been given the opportunity to speak with Dr. Chasan to ask about this. Unfortunately, the post-operative care is where my experience completely broke down. I had a scheduled post-op phone appointment with Dr. Chasan that he never attended- he never called. When I reached out to the office, I was not connected with him and was instead put on the phone with a nurse. I never actually spoke with the surgeon. I later followed up via email and was told that I was the one who failed to follow up, which was simply not true. After correcting this, the staff member apologized. Despite that, I have still never heard from Dr. Chasan again. For a procedure as significant as rhinoplasty, the lack of follow-up and accountability was extremely disappointing. While I am generally happy with my result, the absence of proper post-operative care and communication is something I cannot overlook.

I had no idea what to expect so it was really nice that Diane was so personable and genuine which instantly made me feel comfortable around her. I think most people think these treatments are just to reduce the appearance of cellulite, but they really serve a much greater and needed purpose. I had been sick for a long time and the packet was purchased for me for the detoxification benefits. After being checked in, you are left in a private room to change into a satin-type full body suit. You lay on a comfortable bed and Diane takes care of the rest. It's sort of a vacuum with a wand that almost feels like the shape of an ice-cream scooper. The suction can be customized for your comfort. Diane uses a precise motion and order of working the wand into your body, releasing toxins and circulating blood. This is great for Fascia which is all the craze right now with that highly advertised "Fascia Blaster" with one huge difference, this is done by a professional!! The treatment lasts about 40 minutes and can be a little more painful in some areas more than the others which is an indication that there is a lot to be released (toxins, tight fascia etc.). It's not a gimmick, I notice a difference in how I feel after every single treatment! After you session is done, it's important to drink lots of fluids for the rest of the day. I usually get a bit of a headache after my treatments (which is due to the release of toxins) and take a nap after. When I wake up I feel like a million bucks and always have the flattest tummy with all my bloat gone. Anytime I have seen friends the same day of my treatment, they always comment that I look refreshed and I am always commenting on how great I feel. I recommend not making any plans after your treatments until you have a good idea of how your body responds. For me, I always make sure any plans I make are at least a few hours after so I can take good care of myself, hydrate and take a quick nap. The friend that got me the package doesn't need to take naps or anything after, so everyone is different. Level 10 Contour is located in Del Mar with ample parking in a private lot! Super rare for the area. It's always been so easy for me to schedule a convenient appointment too. I really feel like I am doing something good for myself with these treatments and I really enjoy my time chatting with Diane during them.
