I was told to pick it up at a certain time, but due to some sort of miscommunication, by the time I arrived the store had already closed early because of the holiday. Since Thanksgiving was the very next day, I figured I was out of luck and started mentally preparing to find a different dress to wear. I called the store anyway and somehow managed to get in touch with the owner. He explained that they had closed early because of Thanksgiving, which I completely understood. But when I told him my situation, he did something I absolutely did not expect. He said he was about 40 minutes away, but insisted on turning around and coming back to the store just so I could get my dress. He drove all the way back, opened the shop for me, and then had to drive another 40 minutes again afterward. I honestly couldn't believe it. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. He went so far out of his way to help me, especially right before a major holiday. Truly 10/10 service. I'm so grateful and will absolutely continue coming here. Highly recommend!
