They looked at the truck and pointed out items that were damaged that we didn't even notice. They made sure everything was repaired and replaced properly, covered by the other person's insurance, and they even were able to get it back to us earlier than expected! While I hope we're not involved in any other automobile accidents, this is who I would return to if we needed repairs.

Brought my Excursion in to be painted. Provided 3 gallons of specially blended House of Kolor paint…read moreand a Cervini custom hood. Was told that it should only take a week or two. Explained that I was on a deadline and if they couldn't get it done, I could come back at a later time when I wouldn't need the vehicle right away. They said no problem. Gave them a $5000 deposit and left them to it. After two weeks, the only prepwork accomplished was getting the hood installed. No sanding, trim removal, or anything else was done. I told them I had to take the vehicle as I needed to haul a trailer to a show and I'd be back the following week. After the hassle of not having anything done, I decided I'd go somewhere else. I understood that they did some work (a couple hours at most to install the hood) and I'd be happy to pay for that, but I'd like the rest of my deposit back. They refused saying that they absolutely do not refund deposits. I wasn't going to argue with them at this point, so I asked them to just give me my paint back. Dude sat there and lied right to my face and told my I never left any paint with them. $3000 worth of House of Kolor just magically disappeared. These people are shady, dishonest, and frankly do marginal to crappy work. If I could give zero stars, I would. Anyway, lesson learned and I have several other shops I deal with that do quality work and, more importantly, are honest.
