It took about 4 weeks, but I did receive the promised reimbursement (thank you). I am a little disturbed that Marriott allows their name to be utilized all over the ParkOn.com website with no disclaimer of non-responsibility. That may have been a factor in my selection of a place to park our vehicle.

Why take a reservation if you have no intention of honoring it? This was incredibly disrespectful of our time. We planned our day around this reservation, showed up on time, and were treated as though our time didn't matter. There was no reasonable explanation, no proper communication, and absolutely no effort to make the situation right. If you cannot accommodate reservations, don't accept them. Simple as that. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values its customers and knows how to manage reservations.

The prices were fairly decent although we have preferred larger portion sizes. All orders came in to go containers which they charge you an extra 10% for regardless of whether you dine in or carry out. I'm not really a fan of these types of practices as -IMO- prices should include the cost of overhead. One other thing that bothered me was the fact that I received my bill before I received my food. My server, while friendly, seemed in a rush to get my order out of the way so that they could ignore me for the rest of my visit.
