It says that the line manager has the final say but I never got a call or email from the line manager saying that the initial report was 100% wrong. All I got was an estimate for replumbing the entire drains but nothing that said that the report was erroneous after having three other plumbers come out, which they all agreed the pipes needed to be replaced. I didn't get a video or pictures of the pipe. Only a small paragraph that said nothing abnormal noticed. I'm not a plumber that's why I'm paying plumbing companies to come out and do the work and I trust that they're going to do their best so I cannot be the one to verify their work. But but in the end I really need my plumbing to work and not feel like I'm getting taken advantage of. Eventually the owner caught wind of this and called me up. Credited me back $100 but I wish I had seen the reviews that this company has gotten in the past few months. He said i need to change the prv valve before any repairs could be done as the water pressure should be around 60psi. I have changed the prv in the past, about 4/5 years ago so i told him to go ahead and change it as im pressed for time havjng to work and prepare for the incoming typhoon. He didnt have a valve so needed to go to city mill to get one which they had in stock. The total repair came out to $4100, of which and i'll break it down cost wise.
