They don't offer refunds if displeased with product quality, and instead insisted my original prescription was "pretty close" to the one I later got at another place. Head Office offered me no solution other than a store credit, which I will not use given the incompetency. They actually have higher prices than a professional Optometrist I finally went to see. Save your time and money and go to an actual Optometrist Office, not a "clinic." You will notice a difference!

The staff was lovely, and she absolutely refused to take payment for adjusting my glasses, despite the fact that they accommodated me urgently as I was under a major time crunch. I again offered and insisted, and was again politely told it wasn't an issue and they were happy to help. Also met the store manager and chatted with her a bit. Very friendly and helpful. Store has an optometrist and a good selection. Great team with amazing customer service. I repeatedly offered to pay for the adjustment since my glasses were not from their store, and all they asked was that I consider them when I'm in the market for some new frames or lenses. Currently they have a 2 person maximum in the store/space due to covid, which I liked because it meant it wouldn't be crowded in the small office. While I did wait about 10 minutes past my appointment time to be seen, the exam was efficient and fast and all my concerns were answered with care. They have a large retail space in the front full of beautiful frame options. The staff is always friendly and the store is very convenient for me to get to, located in a plaza with lot's of parking. Note that the bathroom is not open right now due to covid-19.

The store is quite small, which means very cramped waiting areas if there's a few people in there at once, and also means a relatively small selection of frames on display to choose from. They do have a decent selection for the space that's available, but just keep in mind you're not going to find the same selection you would at a bigger store.

The salesperson came over and she understood what I was looking for. They had many trendy, bold and fancy styles for me to try on. One after another. They price seems reasonable for the one pair I asked about! I didn't purchase anything. She was kind enough to write the names down for me. I left in hurry to meet a friend at earls. A few minutes later I saw the salesperson. I waved and she came over. I had left my keys behind and she searched the entire corner of the mall looking for me. I came in for vision test about 2 weeks ago and I ordered the frames I fell in love with a month back! I've been excited to finally get them, and I was told by the staff here that they'd arrive in the next week. I waited an additional day just to be sure, and when I went into the store they couldn't find my frames? I told the staff I have errands to run in the mall, and told them I'd be back, hoping by that point they've found them. I got a phone call from the staff at the store saying that it appears as though the lab shipped and then took back my order and if there was something wrong with it. She said they have to redo everything from scratch. I asked her how long it would take and she said about another week because they have to start over. I completely understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication, the fact that I had to reach out to get an update, and the fact that I have to wait an additional week now - as a result of a lack of communication from the lab or the store or whomever, is pretty frustrating.

I bought an expensive pair of glasses; the paint came off the frame; the frames were replaced. Within 2 weeks, the paint came off again. All under warranty. They recommended another pair. Agreed. This was the best course of action. New pair cost almost $100 less. They weren't willing to refund the difference. Rueben & Sam both stand by the policy that they are eating the difference as they needed to order new lenses and frames. And how is this a customer problem? You are selling frames that aren't top notch. The lenses go with it - there is no way around this. You are getting the benefit of returning those faulty frames to the manufacturer. And you should be eating the cost of both because this is about quality, a great customer experience which will lead to customer retention. Rueben, you made the other decision. You made it clear: you are bound by your policy. This never goes over well with a customer. Now, you've lost 2. I realize we are, but only 2 BUT hopefully others will read this review & decide their money can be better spent elsewhere. This isn't the only business in the game. FYI, sometimes you shouldn't sacrifice customers for cost.

Desperate for any form of help and/or advice, I stopped by the place. The owner (sorry, I forgot his name) was so incredibly helpful. As challenging as it was to make adjustments due to the style of the glasses, he was able to figure out a solution. I was so ecstatic!!! Not only did he amend the alignment of the temple arms so I could now wear my glasses, he did so expecting NO COMPENSATION!
