However, this time the appointment was scheduled for 10:00 a.m., and no courtesy call or message was made to let us know there would be a delay, especially since I had prepaid for the service. A quick call or text would have been greatly appreciated. I had to reach out myself about 40 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. The appointment was then moved from 10:00 to 11:00, but there was another delay after that. What made the situation more frustrating was seeing an Instagram story updated around 15 minutes earlier while I was still waiting for a response regarding the appointment. I've never had this type of experience before, which is why I felt confident recommending your services to my boyfriend. Communication goes a long way, and I hope this can be improved moving forward.

One suggestion I would strongly encourage management to consider is providing Gatorade or another electrolyte drink for employees on those really hot days. As the business has grown, it seems they've lost sight of the standards that built their loyal customer base.
