The crew at A&P were very friendly and thoroughly evaluated what the truck needed. They quoted me a very competitive rate and said I could pick it up the next day. Wow! I was so pleasantly surprised with the amazing work A&P did!! I dropped off a 10 yr old truck with a dull, oxidized exterior and dingy interior. I picked up a truck that now looks nearly brand new inside and out! Now I'm confident that we'll be able to ask & get considerably more $$ when we list the truck for sale. Thanks, A&P!!

What really stood out was the mobile service. No hauling anything anywhere, no waiting around. They showed up, got to work, and had us taken care of quickly and efficiently. The RV came out looking sharp, and the truck's finish is spotless. I was able to use ApplePay which was convenient. If you're looking for a detailer who brings the shop to you, these are your people. I'll be calling them again.

I'm generally very understanding when it comes to delays, and in the past, my mobile appointments…read morehave always been completed on time. However, this time the appointment was scheduled for 10:00 a.m., and no courtesy call or message was made to let us know there would be a delay, especially since I had prepaid for the service. A quick call or text would have been greatly appreciated. I had to reach out myself about 40 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. The appointment was then moved from 10:00 to 11:00, but there was another delay after that. What made the situation more frustrating was seeing an Instagram story updated around 15 minutes earlier while I was still waiting for a response regarding the appointment. I've never had this type of experience before, which is why I felt confident recommending your services to my boyfriend. Communication goes a long way, and I hope this can be improved moving forward.

Not a problem in LA, but Fresno CHP have nothing better to do than write fix-it tickets for Window tint. I spoke with James over the phone and told him my son wanted the full blacked out Jeep look. The plan was to remove all the stock chrome emblems and replace them with all black emblems so the Jeep had a cleaner, more modern look. I brought the Jeep in a few days before Christmas and they turned the job around in just one day. The work came out perfect and made a huge difference in the Jeep's appearance. Abraham and his team at Renew Auto Body continue to do great, efficient work for me and I will always recommend them.

The good: I like the two guys, presumably the owner and another staff, who came. They were polite,…read morecommunicative when their estimated time needed to be adjusted, and pulled a lot of gunk out of my car. The eh: there were some really bad stains in my upholstery, wasn't expecting any miracle work. It does look a lot better. However, there were complete areas that were missed: under the rear window, headrests, front of console, etc. There was also some just splashing from the cleaning that wasn't wiped up. I opted out of the trunk and exterior cleaning. Took 1.5 hours and was $250. The price was standard for the area, not really a bargain or overcharge. It was over the estimated price. The bad: there are two small burn marks in one of the seats that were not there before. I wouldn't have been too upset if they had said anything but failed to mention it. Again, was not expecting my car to look perfect, it's over a decade old. They put in a lot of work, but there were some areas for improvement.
