I've come across Le Crepe AZ at two events: the Arizona State Fair and the Ostrich Festival. I…read moredidn't get around to trying them out at the State Fair so I was happy to make things happen at the Ostrich Festival. This food truck, as the name indicates, is all about crepes. Ambiance (N/A): Since it's a food truck, ambiance isn't really part of the experience. With that being said, it's a clean, nice-looking food truck. No complaints. Service (4/5): Like most food trucks, you order at the window and then you get your food from the other window when it's ready. You pay on one of those Square devices. They forgot my lemonade but no biggie. I mentioned it and they took care of it promptly. They even offered to give me a free refill on my beverage. The lady making the crepes was quite good looking, which is always a plus in my book. Drinks (4.5/5): Speaking about that lemonade, I misspoke. It was actually a prickly pear limeade. For $6. They don't have a lot of beverages to choose from, but I'm happy they had this one because it's delicious. Food (4/5): I love crepes. And you can't find them in many places in Phoenix, so this was a treat. This French street food is a classic. Le Crepe AZ's menu is relatively small. There are three savory options and eight or so sweet options. I went with The Frenchman, one of the savory selections. Turkey, avocado, and a pesto spread make this simple, yet delicious crepe. While the crepe wasn't up there in terms of some others I've had, and could have been served a little warmer, it was a solid crepe. Looking forward to running into them at another event! Next time around, I'll have to try one of their sweet crepes.

It was the kind of ownership attitude that took ownership for making everyone feel welcomed and want to belong here. The "owner," the owner and the chef chatted warmly with my colleague who had apparently been a regular there. But I saw other people enter and be greeted by name too; this place has a folksy ambiance that is very welcoming. The Grand Prix Crêpe I Ordered was recommended to me; I never would have ordered something like this unless it was encouraged. It was quite good and quite unique!

I gave them a list, my cousin said, "let's go," and we ended up here. Absolutely spectacular. The service was very nice, and you can even see how your food is made. It's an open kitchen with a coffee corner, and a place that makes homemade granola with a space that a lot of people are looking to sit down at. It's one thing for there to be no seats, but the Crêpe Bar had no seats because it was busy and because they do not disappoint with what they serve. If you want to pre plan what you want to get, no fret. They have an online menu. My cousin got the Second Time with Pork Belly on the side, my uncle got the Burrito Adobo Crêpe, and I got the Papa K with scrambled eggs. For the next 10 minutes, we ate and had only good comments about it. It also opened my eyes on what crepes could be, not exclusively sweet, but also savory and delicious. It is affordable. On average, you're spending $13-$15 per person, and if you want more, they got sides too. Though please note that I haven't tried their coffee. I saw a couple customers with cold brews or caramel macchiatos chilling while doing work, but please don't skip out. This is a breakfast and lunch place, so if you're in the area, you need to try it. It is fantastic for a reason and could arguably expand with how many people they serve. You can see the hosts, coffee baristas, and the cooks getting work done - that also has to be praised.

The shop offers a cozy spacious patio seating as well as some 5 top and 2 tops inside. Service was welcoming and friendly. It was our first times, I tried the cold Carmel macchiato coffee and it was perfect sweet to coffee ratio for me:) I would def order again. It's a nice meet up place or two f you want to have a meeting unless you sit on the patio during leaf blowing of trimming hour then you might have to yell every other sentence but other than that great and cozy!

To be fair, the employee gave me a warning that they use ceremonial matcha which is much stronger and asked me if I wanted to change it out for a more typical matcha powder they use for other drinks. I've had great ceremonial matcha before so I didn't think it would be a problem but for some reason I felt like my drink tasted so odd. I got their spanner matcha which was described to be salted maple flavoring. I'm not sure if it was the matcha or the maple but it had a weird aftertaste that I can seem to describe it other than an expired taste. Because the employee gave me a warning before I would go back and try something else in hopes of a better experience.

We were greeted nicely and the restaurant dining area was clean and well kept, otherwise this would be a one star review. My wife and I love crepes, but whatever this place served didn't even come close. We both had savory crepes, mine was a eggs wth turkey bacon and wifey had the veggie crepe. Neither could even be considered edible. The eggs were actually inside my my crepe, but nothing else was. The veggies were just piled on top of my wife's and were completely raw. The crepes themselves were extremely sweet despite these being for savory crepes. I would absolutely not recommend this place based on the food. I have absolutely no clue how other people would rate this establishment so highly.

They're larger than they look in photos, perfectly balanced in flavor and not too greasy. You can tell they're made properly on the oversized hot crepe griddles, and it shows in the texture. Despite being in a tourist-heavy area, the café itself feels tucked away and surprisingly quiet inside. There's also outdoor seating if you prefer. The indoor tables have games on hand--like dominoes and Connect Four--which adds a relaxed, welcoming touch. (I won at dominoes!) Service was genuinely hospitable, and the whole experience felt thoughtful and unpretentious. Definitely a spot we took note of and will be back to.

I paid for egg to be added but barely tasted any egg in my crepe. Portion was okay but barely any goat cheese either. Overall flavor was muted. Sorry, I really wanted to love this. I wasn't able to connect to WiFi. When my food arrived I was directed to the condiment tray when I asked for salt and pepper. There was only one pair of shakers there for all to share. I would have appreciated packers extra shakers to move to tables. I did love the other seasoning options.
