We were told it was per visit and not per beverage. I feel like this is unfair and it undermines what this promotion is suppose to do. Which is to encourage people to go in often. I feel it's deceptive. And I have no problems going to Curley Coffee from now on. I give it 2 stars because the girls do work hard there. But I feel like the owner who I see from time to time there should make it fairer. Otherwise don't even do the promotion.

Pumps fired up without any nonsense. No card errors, no weird lag, just in and out. That alone earns points when you've been on the road for a while. Inside was better than I expected for a place this remote. Clean floors, shelves actually organized, not that picked-over, end-of-the-day look you sometimes get. Grabbed a drink, wandered for a minute, and didn't feel like I had to keep my guard up or rush out. The guy behind the counter had that easygoing, small-town vibe. We exchanged a few words, nothing deep, but it felt genuine. Not scripted, not forced. Just normal human interaction, which is weirdly refreshing when you've been bouncing from stop to stop. Bathroom was clean enough that I didn't hesitate, which is about the highest compliment I can give a gas station bathroom. Dateland is in a really unique space since there really isn't too much out there besides rest stops or you would have to drive several miles to get to a similar spot somewhere else. Dateland offers a gas station, convenience store, pizza hut, Dateland shakes, Tesla supercharger station, and a gift shop. Most of the places inside the travel center are open pretty late so it's not too bad to roll over here late in the evening for a pit stop, especially since other stations aren't really around that offers this level of variety to you on your drives. Will definitely be using this center again!

For the Moroccan we asked for it to be half sweet and it was still pretty sweet so be aware that this one is for the sweet tooth. The pistachio latte was delicious as well. The lemon poppy seed matcha was really good as a matcha, meaning the matcha was delcious and easy to ddrink. Not a lot of lemon flavor in it tho but the quality was good so no complaints. Their pastry selection is lacking however, this might be because we came a little later in the day but there was not a lot of options. The lemon scone was delicous but the raspberry key lime cupcake was far too sweet. However, this was an awesome shop and I would highly recommend it.

I did not expect those flavors to balance extremely well (but was curious) and I was blown away after the first sip. The coffee is rich and the drink taste of high quality. I would recommend checking out Peixoto...maybe not on a Sunday morning though!
