The salad on the plate was watery and not served with dressing, only tarter sauce. Visually the plate was a hot mess, but flavor wise, it's something I would order again. My wife's coconut Shrimp was over cooked (blackened) and rubbery, but the flavor was there. The real low lights of the visit were the non-existent service from the mesera and the terrible conditions of the bathroom (looks on going and not recent) The server brought drinks once and dropped off the food, but never checked on us, refilled our drinks, or asked if anything else was needed. But without it the filets themselves a bit on oily and greasy side but again way better than everything in town by a long shot. I'd say Mariscana has best ceviche in town but this is a close second.
